Material and labour for carrying out servicing/overhauling , repairs and maintenance of Cooling tower of 34 TR DX type central AC plant by dismanlting /taking down the CT fan motor of flange mounted extended type shaft upto 2 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, along with fan assembly, and including cleaning & removal of scales, inspection, cleaning and replacement of PVC fills, PVC eliminator, FRP louvers, motor cover, splash cups etc complete including renewal of all corroded bolts & nuts, terminal block, and re-assembling, fixing in position, fixing of fan blade, and alignment of the fan blade for the suitable air throw of the cooling tower,painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of anticorrosive paint after preparation of surfaces, testing & commissioning the cooling tower motor all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(a) The spares such as PVC fills, Fan assembly, CT fan motor, elimintaor, louvers, motor cover, branch pipe, splash cups etc deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) The rates inclusive for all T&P, chemicals required for cleaning, FRP compound, nut bolts etc complete for keeping the Cooling tower in operational condition.

M/L for repairing and servicing the reciprocating sem-hermetic compressor of 30 TR capacity of Make: Carrier Model 06E729910 of Carrier Air cooled package Ac plant Model : 30 GTC 30, by opening the head covers, side inspection covers, crank case, valves assembly, both suction and discharge, check the wear and tear of the parts, cleaning the complete compressor with CTC/Petrol, flushing the capacity control loading and unloading circuit, reassembly the compressor by renewal of the defective spare parts and leak testing, charging R-22 gas and testing and commissioning the compressor including replacement of gasket set, ‘O’ ring set, suction and discharge ring plates, piston rings and star washers. Material and labour for strip Opening of existing unsv chiller unit for the following repair/replacement at AC Plants–

Material and labour for servicing/cleaning of chiller unit including aluminium fins with dilute chemical solution under high pressure of flow and with the help of nylon brush 3-4 times followed by the cleaning and washing with water (water point shall be given at AC Plant) so that chemical solution is completely cleaned out from the system. Replacement of nut, bolt and washers of suitable size whichever are existing UNSV, assembling the dismantled parts carefully, sealing all joints with ruptum brazing as required and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of existing oil seal assembly and key of the shaft and testing for any leakage of coolant and testing the same and rectifying the defects noticed as per directed.

Dismantling both the condensing fans for 30TR capacity with proper tools and testing the same and rectifying the defects noticed and reassembling the same by supplying replacement of existing UNSV key, bearings,Shaft and fan blades fixing arrangements of suitable size as required and proper greasing of the same wherever necessary. Make:Carrier/Equivalent

Descaling of chiller water pipe line of 24/30 TR chiller plant by draining chilled water from equipments and pipes. Recirculating water inside the pipes with descaling liquid solution(Carbon Tetra Chloride Solution) and flushing out 3-4 times. Recirculating fresh water inside the pipes and flushing out five to six times so that descaling liquid is completely cleaned out along with Scales from the pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling the defective induction motor of any make, any duty or any class of insulation from the bed, duly coupled with pump/ compressor, transporting to workshop, removing burnt out winding from stator/ rotor, rewinding with suitable gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make and replacing drive end and non drive end bearings, insulation materials, varnishing, heating, re-assembling, testing and commissioning of the following capacities including replacing base frame bolts & nuts complete all as directed:

Notes: (i) Motor removed for re-winding shall be overhauled completely and quoted rate is inclusive for the same.

a) 3 HP up to 5 HP

M&L for taking down mono block type water pumps of 03 to 05 HP by disconnecting the power supply cables, water lines both inlet & outlet, providing dummy flanges with gasket and overhauling pump sets, renewal of the worn out gland packages/ seal pack, bearings, bushes and gasket packing, greasing cleaning & removal of the scale in impeller, assembling the pump sets fixing in position, inter connecting the suction & discharges, connecting up the cable, testing and commission the following capacity pumps. All as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for taking down the defective fan motor of flange mounted extended type shaft upto 3 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, along with fan assembly, and dismantling the motor complete cleaning with CTC, including rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge copper wire, necessary paper, tape, terminal etc., insulation shall be of class ‘F’ and degree of protection shall be IP-55, the work includes renewal of all corroded bolts & nuts, terminal block, and assembling, fixing in position, fixing of fan blade, and alignment of the fan blade for the suitable air throw of the cooling tower, testing & commissioning the cooling tower motor. all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs 3 pole power contactor of 32 to 40 A rated operational current carrying capacity(AC3 duty), with coil operating voltage 230 V/ 415 V AC 50 HZ of Make: Schneider / L&T,C&S ,GE ,BCH.

Supply and fixing in repairs overload relay with operating range 32 to 40 A of f Make: Schneider/L&T/C&S/GE/BCH.

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 24 Gauge of any heights including dismantling old defective one.

Removing the wornout duct insulation carefully , cleaning/preparation of surfaces and M&L for duct insulation (40 MM THICK) with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation as specified and including the following:-a) M&L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M&L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) M & L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/ steel straps of size 12 mm/50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr.

Supply and lay M S Pipes heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of sizes as shown including dismantling old unserviceable pipes.

M & L for Insulation of M S Pipe with PUF slab 30 mm thick with and including applying bituminuous compound and GI cladding with 26 gauge GI sheet complete of 50 mm size including dismanlting old worn out cladding.

M & L for Insulation of M S Pipe with PUF slab 40 mm thick with and including applying bituminuous compound and GI cladding with 26 gauge GI sheet complete of sizes as shownincluding dismanlting old worn out cladding.

S&F in repair butterfly valves of following sizes as per IS 13095 , PN 1.0 rated including connected accessories such as rubber gasket, nut bolts etc complete all as directed. Make: Leader/Zoloto/L&T

M & L for de-scaling the condenser of capacity 8.75 TR ( of DX AC plant) by using Sulphuric acid agent with continuous circulation pump and finally neutralizing with fresh water by opening both end covers of shell and tube condensers, cleaning with nylon brushes, re-fixing the end covers with new rubber gaskets, greasing the nuts/ bolts and testing and commissioning all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for de-scaling the condenser of capacity 24 TR ( of Chilled water type central AC plant) by using Sulphuric acid agent with continuous circulation pump and finally neutralizing with fresh water by opening both end covers of shell and tube condensers, cleaning with nylon brushes, re-fixing the end covers with new rubber gaskets, greasing the nuts/ bolts and testing and commissioning all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for taking down the defective split/Window unit of the following capacity, shifting to work shop, taking out the defective unserviceable hermetically sealed compressor from the unit, replacing the compressor with new compressor of the same capacity, fixing to the unit inter connecting the refrigerating lines, flushing out the cooling coil & condenser, removal the coil & carbon thoroughly, cleaning with CTC, leak testing, pressure testing with Nitrogen gas, dehyderating, Vaccumissing, charging of Refrigerant gas, testing at work shop. Shifting to the location reinstalling the same in its Original position connecting up all etestion electrical, connection and Testing & Commissioning. All as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for complete scraping out the crusting painting of the complete body of out door unit metallic surface, cleaning the surface thoroughly, apply putty / metal paste, prepare the surface, apply 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer for 1.5 / 2TR capacity split type AC’s.

Material and Labour for cleaning flushing the refrigeration system thoroughly with CTC, and Nitrogen gas, leak testing and locating the leaks, rectifying the leaks, by brazing the joints, replacing the damaged copper pipes, silver rod/ copper. Pressure testing, dehydrating, vaccumissing, gas charging testing & commissioning the system the work includes required strainer, N2 gas, Refrigeration gas and transportions Handling the unit. All as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for charging the water cooler of the following capacitor including taking down, transporting to workshop flushing out the cooling coil, condenser, brazing the refrigerant lines, replacing of liquid line copper strainer, leak testing, purging with refrigerant, vaccumissing and charging of R22/R 134a gas, testing & commissioning and shifting to the location and connecting up the electrical & water connection. Material and Labour for painting the water cooler including scraping out the old paint prepare the surface, painting 2 coat of enamel paint over a coat of primer, the work including necessary putty, metal paste etc., and disconnecting from the position and refixing after painting for any capacity of the water coolers.

Material and Labour for to the water cooler tank and cooling coil by dismantling the water cooler and carried out the lead soldering to cooling coil to the tank outer surface where ever the detached portion and rectify the leaks portion and re-assembly the water cooler of any capacity.

Material and Labour for taking down the damaged thermal insulation of the water cooler, and renew the thermal insulation as per the existing thickness and assembling the body with necessary sheet metal screws etc., for any capacity water coolers.

Material and Labour for taking down the defective starting relay and S/F of new starting relay for any capacity water cooler.

Material and Labour for taking down the defective overload relay and S/F of new over load relay suitable for any capacity water cooler.

Material and Labour for complete carryout the servicing to Split/Window type AC’s including taking down from the position, dismantling the sheet metal parts, blowing out the dust, carryout the chemical cleaning to chocked cooling coil & condenser coil, by spray the dilated chemical cleaning agent, till remove complete chocking, flushing across the coils, cleaning all the sheet metal parts, filter, grill and fixing all the dismantled parts with sheet metal screws, lubricating the fan motor bush / bearing, checking all the electrical connections, renew any burned legs / clip and fixing back to position and testing.(Note: Gas Charging if required will be measured and paid seperately).

Supply and charging refrigerant R-22 complete one time for topping up or making full qty including plugging the leakage complete and as directed.

Note for Srl item No.1 to 161 : The work involves of various areas of AGE E/M (S) Pathankot. The Contractor shall depute manpower on daily basis separately for each area for attending and rectifying the jobs in time. If any breakdowns/complaints/defects simultaneously occured in any areas shall be attended simultaneously by deputing additional manpower/T&P for rectification of defects.The rate quoted deemed to be included for the same. Recovery for non attending of any type rectification/complaint/breakdowns shall be made at the rate of Rs 2500 per day irrespective nature of complaint/defect.
