Engagement of labour for Preparation of outer surface for cement based paint by wire brushing and scrapping

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paints of required shade a/ Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 Kg per Ten Sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 Ltrs. Per 10Sqm complete including cost of priming coat

Renewing glass panes with wooden filets wherever necessary a/Float glass panes of thickness 4.0mm (weight not less than 10Kg /Sqm)

Labor engaged for removing old paint from wood waste surfaces by scrapping /sand papering to make the surface smooth for Repainting

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 Sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in 50 m leads a/ with cement mortar 1:4(1Cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and applying Plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick plaster of Paris (gypsum, anhydrous, ceiling tiles upto a height of 5M above floor level over wooden frames and rendered smooth with plaster of Paris (Frame work to be paid separately)

Taking out doors, window and clerestory windows shutters( steel or wood) including stacking within 50M lead. (a)Of area 3sqm and below.

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purloins and rafters upto 10 M span and 5 M height including stacking the material within 50M leads a/ Of sectional area 40sq.cm and above

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, Wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (Hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid separately ) a/ Sal wood

Carriage of sand and stone aggregates from source to site of work avg. distance 10KM by Mechanical Transport
