(b) 2nd Course : APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane, 5 layered, 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with 160 Grams/Sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 150 mm end overlap, membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat, all joints and changes in direction should be covered with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @200ml/bag of cement and curved before laying of membarance. (c) 3rd Course : Apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm over membrance and dusted with dry sand @ 0.50 to 1 Kg/sqm. Note : The water proofing tratment shall be got carried out from the authorised personal of the company all as specified and directed.

PVC wall lining/panelling consisting of 5mm thick plain colour pvc sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on pvc frame including 5mm thick pvc sheet filet of width 35mm to make pvc frame as per manufacturers instruction and drawings, complete all as specified and directed.

Steel rolling shutters of 01 mm thick laths, with ball bearing gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple erected in position as indicated fixed as in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters, complete all as specified and directed.

Ball bearing for rolling shutters, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing

Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces over 10 cms widhth or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.
