Earth work excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, sand, silt or other loose soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock reqiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil other than sand in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and completed depositing the surplus excavated soil with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officrs with initial lead and lifts and cleaning, levelling, the site etc., complete as per SS 20B for foundation

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materialwith water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage for mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 40 of MORT & H specifications.

Providing and applying prime coat 7.00KG of bitumen emulsion per 10 Sqm area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder includihng labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the rquired quantity of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete as clause 503 of MORT&H speficiations

Providing and applying tack coat over priming coat 2.50KG of bitumen emulsion per 10 Sqm area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder includihng labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the rquired quantity of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete as clause 503 of MORT&H speficiations

Providing and laying Tack Coat over existing B.T Surface using 2.00 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for prparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying 50 mm conslidated thick Dense Bituminuous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50-13.20 mm,0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm and below and with 53.20kg of VG30 bitumen premixing 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site,heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tons capacity,conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site,spreading the mix uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grade and cross sections and compaction by vibratory/ pneumapic roller to the required density etc., including labour for accending to pavor at sites etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen Boiler,tipper trucks, paver finisher/9 m paver finisher,vibratory/ pneumapic rollers and all other tools and plant required including to all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as clause 505 MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm, 0.13cum of 9.50-2.36 mm and 0.26cum of 2.36mm and below with 45.27kgs of VG 30 /VG 40 bitumen and 5.03kg of shredded plastic waste for premixing for 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20–30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30 mm with mechanical Paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 80 - 10 tonne vibratory/ pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labor for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher,/ 9m paver finisher, vibratory/ pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required including fule and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as for clause 507of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250gms per sqm area, thickness 2.5mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
