RequiredThe Bidder shall furnish GST Registration certificate along with latest GST returns for the preceding month i.e., before the month of tendering

RequiredDocuments relating to the Registration of the firm, Registration as Civil Contractor, Partnership deed, Articles of Association and copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card and copy of latest Income Tax returns i.e., for the last five years submitted along with proof of receipt etc
RequiredDetails of the existing commitments i.e., works on hand and works for which tenders are submitted
RequiredInformation regarding any litigation, with Government during the last five years, in which the bidder is involved
RequiredAny incorrectness / deviations noticed will be viewed seriously and apart from cancelling the work duly forfeiting the EMD, Criminal action will be initiated including suspension of business
RequiredIf the office happens to be closed on the dates specified above, the respective activity will be performed at the designated time on the next working day without any notification

RequiredContractor should attend the pre bid meeting on 16.04.2026 @ 3.00PM and visit respective lakes to understand the challenges, scope of work before quoting the tender and should be certified by concerned Engineer in charge, the same should be uploaded as a part of pre -qualification criteria or else bid will be rejected
