Schedule 'A' Part-I (Building Works)

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including surface finishes of any type i.e tiles, kota stone, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from frames) not exc 1.5 Sgm each and making good of disturbed surface match with the existing surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from frames) exc 1.5 Sqm each but n exc 4.0 Sqm each and making good of disturbed surface match with the existing surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unframed timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section any position, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description in any position not otherwise provided such as in purlins, truss , railing etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PVC water tanks and removing for capacity exceeding 250 litres & not exceeding 500 litres etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in pavement/plinth protection, plinth protection shall be laid in alternate bays and joints shall be filled with bitumastic gola with 80/25 bitumen (1 part bitumen mixed with 3 part of sand) finishing surface even and smooth without extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete cast in situ, 1:3:6, type C-0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, hold fast, back filling of pressed steel frame and other similar work water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc including form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases pining in brick,concrete walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortor 1:3 to ends or edges of shelves lintels etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing cutting exc 10 cm but not exc 20 cm girth, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster as in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surface other than fair faces surface even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster externally as in cement mortar 1:4 and mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions with cement) and finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on celing of concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound of approved make, complete all as specified and directed.

Preperation of newly plastered surfaces on wall and applying two coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from the old plastered, pointed/concrete wall surfaces including complete removal , washing, rubbing down and stopping of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on old surface of wall over a coat of 1 mm thick JK Birla wall care putty and making the surface even and smooth and filling the uneven and small holes and making the edges of plaster properly by plaster of paris, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on plastered surfaces of walls including washing, rubbing down and stopping of old treatement including thin layer of wall care putty and applying two coats of anti fungal exterior emulsion paint over a coat of cement primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 125x60mm size of pressed steel frame for door with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, lock striking plates, hinges, hold fast (40x3mm) etc. complete size /profile of frame as per IS, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 105x60mm size of pressed steel frame for door with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, lock striking plates, hinges, hold fast (40x3mm) etc. complete size /profile of frame as per IS, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick Factory made Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismarting the existing ceiling board of any description fixed in any position with nails and Supply and fixing in position suspended false celling system using E Grid suspended celling Grid system of M/S Everest industries Ltd or India Gypsum. The size of Grid shall be 600X600mm with GI frame work, main runner 39X24mm, cross tee 29X24mm and wall angle 22.2X22.2mm using 4mm thick High pressure stream cured non primered classic/designer variant E-Board ISI Marked IS No 14862-2000. Fibre cement E Board to be placed in the gird of E Grid suspended ceiling grid system duly suspended by 4mm dia GI bar hangers from the roof with butter fly clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick 2nd Class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebeted and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars ), edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded , fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc , sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR part-I section 8, clause 8.24 (a), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC solid door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube.fixing as per specification and drawing, complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F 30mm thick PVC factory made panelled door shutter as per IS- 4020 made from MS tube of top and bottom rods. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC "C" channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on plain side & as gap insert for top and bottom rail. Pannelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beeding and jointed together with solvent cement as per specification and drawings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel framed work such as grills, wind tie, gratings, Angle for ventilators etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe-410-W (grade E-250) quality A, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F box type steel windows and ventilator double frame including grill (factory made) outer frame made out ERW tube 'P' section 65X45X25 mm and shutter of ERW tube 'P' section 50mmX35mmX20mm openable (double shutter) with glazed shutter on extrernal side and gauzed shutter on internal side including steel pintel hinges steel handle 100 mm long mild steel tower bolt 02 Nos on each shutter stopper of 'Z' section and its locking arrangement and mild steel hook and eyes, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The quoted rate a shall also include following. (i). Preparation of new or previously untreated wood and wood wood based surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and finishing and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20-25 mm thick cudappah prepolished stone laid over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4 & jointed with slurry cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing,rounding to edge of stone slab one edge,such as steps,cooking plateorm and similar situtions, complete all as specified and directed..(Note- Hole in stone slab for accomodate the gas pipe where required complete).

Disconnecting all water and electric connections of geysers and taking down carefully installed storage type electric geysers of any capacity of any make/type/size (horizontal/vertical) lowering and setting aside opening geysers examining and checking thoroughly for requisite repair/ replacement of defective/worn-out/ unserviceable components/parts materials including preparing inventory for each geyser separately in presence of Engineer-in-Charge and removing all scale and dirt de-scaling of deposited in inner copper tank and outer tank and heating elements by HCL or aqua clear pedilite solution, thermostat, indicator lamp, assemble checking electrical connection, stopping of minor leaking by soldering/brazing of the inner copper tank and replacement of defective worn out unserviceable components/parts and painting of geyser 50 ltrs after scraping, cleaning, knotting and stopping including preparation of surface of geyser and rubbing with emery paper for painting with one coat of duco paint by spray painting mation to achieve glossy finish of approved make first quality and re write MES No. on the body of geyser with black synthetic enamel paint (letters and figures 2cm high ) & re-fixing geyser in its original location including hoisting, connecting to water & electric connection and testing for proper functioning of geysers including earthing to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including the replacement of the following items etc., complete all as specified and directed. (a) Supply only Fiber reinforced PVC nylon pipe heavy duty size 450 mm long 15mm bore with brass coupling chromium plated with rubber washers as both ends as per IS.-01 Nos (b) Supply only Flexible chromium plated connection pipe size 450 mm long 15 mm bore with brass chromium plates coupling suitable for geyser any capacity-01 Nos

Taking down carefully ceiling fan any type, sweep and make for overhauling including dismantling of blade frame and opening and examining motor cleaning of dust/dirt of fan cleaning and greasing of ball bearing and bushes with fresh oil and best quality of grease respectively and reassembling of complete fan after re-fixing parts in its original location and hanging connecting and testing ceiling fan for smooth functioning incl replacement of rubber real insulator,split pin,nut,bolt, washer, 3 core flexible cable from connector to ceiling rose, and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint with spray painting machine & marking MES No. with black paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully exhaust fan any sweep and make, dismantling of blades, frame and opening and examining fan motor, cleaning of dust/.dirt of fan, cleaning and greasing of ball bearing and bushes with fresh oil and best quality of grease respectively, including applying synthetic enamel paint to achieve glossy finish approved coloured as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and marking MES No with black paint and reassembling of complete fan and re-fixing in its original location making connection with replacement of rubber real insulator,split pin,nut,bolt, washer, 3 core flexible cable from connector to ceiling rose and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete.

S&F exhaust fan, 300mm sweep, steel body, AC single phase, 230V with blades and frame and louvers, complete all as specified and directed.

Takaing down unserviceable sub main wiring any size any location with all accessories etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Sub main wiring with PVC insulated FRLS cable LT 1100 Volts grade with stranded copper conductor and drawn into and including non metalic rigid medium grade PVC concealed counduit with all accessories alongwith one contineous earth wire and connected to comman earth dolly of size 2x10 sqmm (2 single run) with one continuous copper earthing lead wire of 10 sqmm etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two run of main wire and one run of earth wire along with PVC conduit shall be measured as unit length.

Returing, filling in incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thick after laying of the cables,jointing & testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 m & depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches spreading and consolidation 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm of the sand after laying the cable but will be measured 18 cm after punning etc., complete as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of bricks well burnt sub class B (old pattern) laid flat for cable protection width equal to the length of bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 32mm bore dia galvanised iron tube, light grade, for protection of copper strip at wall and duct/road/trench, complete all as specified and directed.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Schedule 'A' Part-IV (Credit Schedule from dismentling/taking down items) worth Rs 73,179.00 during AOC. Note :- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule.
