Test to be conducted of the building materials used in the structure to ascertain the quality of materials in respect to post collapsed Warehouse site at P2 Transport Depot Road. The scope of work includes:- 1) Visual inspection for surface damages and damaged classification and recording field observation with GIS tagged photographs. Visual inspection shall cover following parts of all areas of thecollapsed building. A) Structural Steel Parts (Beams, Columns, and Joints) B) Concrete Structures (Foundations and Slabs) C) Roof and Truss System D) Structural Member Dimensions - Column and Base Plate Specifications -Beam and Joist Profiles - Slab and Roof Deck Parameters E) Structural Steel Framing & Connections F) Various component of constructed materials collected from the site suct as i) Bolt and washer, ii) Reinforcement bars for RCC slab, iii) Structural member of mild steel section, concrete samples 2) Conducting Rebound Hammer test on the concrete portions of the structure as per IS 13311(Part 2) :1992, as per requirement at site. 3) Experimental data and analysis of Steel Structural Specimens A) Microhardness Analysis B) Raman Spectrum Analysis C) SEM Analysis 4) Mechanical Tensile testing of Structural steel Specimens. 5) Compressive Strength Testing of Concrete Samples tested at laboratory. 6) Load-carrying capacity and mechanical properties of reinforcement bars used in the RCC members. 7) Submission of comprehensive report in six copies and soft copy which consist of finding from visual inspection, test data, results, conclusions and final recommendations.
