Dismantling carefully the existing U/S LT/HT Overhead line ACSR conductor of any size from its position by necessary disconnecting of conductor and removing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and stringing ACSR conductor for over head line securing on pole complete including binding wire ,jointing sleeves aluminium tap and PG clamp etc of any size all as specified and as directed.

Stringing only old dismantled ACSR conductor for over head line securing on pole complete including binding wire , etc of any size all as specified and as directed.

S & F 1100 Volts grade 4 line composite phase separators, moulded & bolted type as per IS 1445 - 1997 make max well or Denson including taking down old u/s separator.

S & F 1100 Volts grade 5 line composite phase separators, moulded & bolted type as per IS 1445 - 1997 make max well or Denson including taking down old u/s separator

Dismantling of U/S insulator of any size and type complete from its position and removing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Re-fixing of old LT pin insulator obtained from item No 6 above.

Re-fixing of old LT shakel insulator obtained from item No. 6 above

S & F pin type insulator 100mm height and 65mm dia for 1100 Volts grade, porcelain White, Brown or Green including one GI spindle, two GI washer, one GI nut all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F LT shackle type insulator 90mm dia 75mm height, including GI strip of Size 31 x 3 mm washers, 12mm dia, Insulators nuts, bolts suitable for 1100 volts grade.

Taking down old jumper connection of 4 pole structure from line/AB/DO & re-fixing complete with new conductor , including line tap, lugs, & PVC alkadin/pipe sleeve all as specified and directed by engr-in-Charge. ( ACSR conductor will be measured & paid separately )

Taking down old jumper connection of 2 pole structure from line/AB/DO & re-fixing complete with new conductor , including line tap, lugs, & PVC alkadin/pipe sleeve all as specified and directed by engr-in-Charge. ( ACSR conductor will be measure & paid separately )

Taking down old jumper connection of disc cut point from line and re-fixing complete with new conductor , including line tap, lugs, & PVC alkadin/pipe sleeve all as specified and directed by engr-in-Charge. ( ACSR conductor will be measure & paid separately )

Taking down of faulty LT underground cable of size upto 3.5 x 25 sqmm from trenches/pole/wall etc for detecting fault including repair and jointing at site including relaying at the same location complete : Note : Excavation/Earth work and cable jointing & jointing kit shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of schedule .

Taking down of faulty LT underground cable of size above 3.5 x 25 sqmm upto 150 sqmm from trenches/pole/wall etc for detecting fault including repair and jointing at site including relaying at the same location complete : Note : Excavation/Earth work and cable jointing & jointing kit shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of schedule .

Supply and joint cable jointing kit straight through joint epoxy type of size 10 sqmm 4 core to 16 sqmm 4 core all as specified and directed. Make : Denson, Raycom

Dismantling of U/S stay assembly carefully including stay wire necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, demolition of PCC of any type and removing from site all as directed.

Stay assembly complete with accessories and stay rod 16mm dia and 180 cm long, including ms galvanized stay plate 300 mm x300 mmx6mm and galvanized thimble complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 1 Note-(loop type insulator, stays clamps, excavation and earth work and concrete measured separately)

Dismantling of U/S existing cross arms by means made from channels, angles, U/S CI clamps, nuts, bolts etc. from OH line and removing complete.

S & F Cross arms ,bracings,supports,clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts ,bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide .

S & F Switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame out door type suitable for vertical installation single brake provided with locking arrangement, consisting of mild steel channel ,HT post type insulator ,copper alloy high pressure assembly ,operating rod of GI pipe medium grade confirming to IS-1818 of 1972 ,suitable for 11000 volt ,400 Amps incl dismantling of old one all as specified.Make:- Jaipuriya Bros

Supply, install errect in trench vertical position steel tubular swaged poles complete with mils steel base plate 6mm thick of size 450mm x 450mm finial taper plug pole cap, bolts, nut and screwed, pole made out of ERW MS tubing confirming to IS 2713 Part II of 9 mtr long 410 SP-31 including drilling of holes of required size and nos for fixing of cross arms bracing support/ taking out of cables etc, and painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint for exposed surface and two coat of black bituminious paint for the portion embeded in concerete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Excavation in trenches for laying of cables ,poles and stay in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr deep and getting out.

Material and labour for high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches of size 50 mm suitable for cable protection of size 50 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches of size 90 mm suitable for cable protection of size upto 95 sqmm to 150 sqmm HT/LT cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning & filling in, including spreading and leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exe 1.5mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coaping of pole as specified by Engr-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles etc all as specified.

M&L Earthing with 600X600X6 mm thick , galvanised steel earth plate electrode buried vertically in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of plate vertically at a depth ,not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including GI strip of size 32X6 mm by means of bolts,nuts,check nuts, And washer of galvanised steel, Gi shrip to be provide upto the extent of 7.5 m GI strip to be duly connected to metalic bodies of HT/LT equipment with provision of mixture of charcoal dust & common salt packed all ground the earth plate upto MS funnel with wire mesh provided inside concrete earth pit for watering arrangement,complete all as shown on electrical plate no.3 of SSR Part I (2009) and testing on completion.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x600 mm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less then 2.25 meter below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less then 1.50 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00mm dia by means of bolts ,nuts ,check nuts and washers complete up to and including test point made out of 40 x 6mm alum flat including earthing pit , charcoal common salt ,Earthing lead 4.00mm dia up to 7.5m, 20mm dia medium grade GI watering pipe ,PPC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ,PCC pit cover including earth work complete all as shown in electrical plate No-5 of SSR-1991 (part-I)

Material and labour for painting /Repairing with welding including change of hinges of LT pannel board/ LT feeder piller box, indoor/out door type any size/capacity with smoke gray colour synthetic enamel paint one coat over the existing paint after cleaning and removing the dust and durt and cleaning with sand paper complete including writting letters 100 mm height with white synthetic enamelled paint complete with PCC work all as specified and directed at site.

Supply & fix PVC insulated 2 core 1.5 sqmm multistranded aluminium conductor on pole for security light from junction box to street light fititng including making necessaey hole on surface of pole for insertion of 3 core pvc cable inside the pole upto street light fitting as specified & directed. etc complete all as specified and directed.
