REPAIR TO CERTAIN ROADS AT SUNDERBANI UNDER GE (N) AKHNOOR

M& L for Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal)complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadum surface in area not exceeding 400 sqm and deep exceeding 50 mm but not exceeding 100mm deep, complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) aggregate lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite, spread, watered and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber rolled and rolled to uniform smooth surface by using smooth surface by using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3 above but except aggregates obtained from item No 2 shall be used.

Material and Labour for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying by providing evenly a priming/track coat with bitminious primer 10Kg/10 Sqm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing cake mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned suface with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc and applying by providing evenly a priming/track coat with cold bitminious emulsion/Bituminious Primer by using paving bitumen of grade VG-10, @5Kg/10 Sqm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant and is laid with mechinical paver rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber and rolled to uniform smooth surface by using smooth surface by using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Continuous brick edging with width equal to width of brick, with well burnt, sub class B brick laid dry on end vertically, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 2.5 mm thick Hot thermo plastic road marking material strips, line dashes, arrows, letters, etc on road pavement width not exceeding 10 cm wide in white or approved colour-according to IRC35-1970, conforming to British specification 3762 with 20% glass beads having reflective index of 1.5mm, 75% spherical indigenous or for foundation plan having sufficient strength to withstand heavy load without deformaion and having softening point 25 to 35, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note. Thermo plastic road marking paint shall be of make Aisan/ STP Ltd./Road Nevigator or equivalent

MB L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair-solar cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. Make: Dark Eye / Sinor/Green light

Demolition of cement concrete (unre-inforced) in ground floors & paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete type C-2,1:3:6(40 mm graded aggregate) as in floor/path complete all as specified and directed

M&L 25mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering & consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape (Ex-Zig-Zag Dumbell, Tri-hexa, Milano, Hexagon Pattems) and size approved by Engineer-in-Charge, ISI marked (IS 15658-2006) 60 mm thick, M-35 grade, in paths and hardstanding, with grey cement and pigment, laid tightly over and joints filled with dry sand, incl protecting interlocking tiles with Cement concrete type B-1 1:24. (Colour and pattern as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

MSL for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made precasted kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Paving Bitumen grade VG-30. ( For Price adjustment in Job Mix Formula) Rate is ₹ 60 for per Kg.

Note:- Deduction for Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part-II) to be made of ₹ 3000.00 from the total quoted amount of BOQ while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
