Taking down carefully existing unserviceable aluminum/copper point wiring of any description & in any position with and including existing wooden battens/conduits fixed on surface or concealed and all fittings including sunken/surface boxes & terminal boxes of any description, accessories & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings, lamp holders etc including sunken boxes / junction boxes and making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceiling etc. to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits),with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, pvc insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No in and including medium grade, PVC Concealed conduit of dia not less than 20mm and conduit accessories concealed in wall, ISI marked with valid CML No (IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS: 3419:1976 for conduit accessories), with mild steel/pressed steel sunken boxes (with earth duly) duly painted with two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer internally and two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally, covered with 3mm thick hylam laminated sheet cover for fixing of switches, sockets etc including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dully complete all as specified and directed at site for the following : NOTE :- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of cutting chases in walls / pillars /column etc. of any description for concealing the conduit to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. The portion of point wiring at ceiling shall be in surface PVC conduit/ casing & caping of suitable size fixed on ceiling surface with using PVC rawl plugs. (ii) Fittings like switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. (iii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for provision of covering sunken boards/terminal boxes / junction boxes of any shape and size with 3mm thick laminated sheet fixed with suitable brass screws and cup washers

Description all as per Srl item No 2 above but, point wiring for one six pin switch socket outlet combination, 15 Amps & 5 Amp (independent) with using 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor and 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with stranded copper conductor 1.5. Sqmm 1100 Volts grade FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed including ISI marked PVC casing capping of required sizes as indicated including all accessories, copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm insulated and unsheathed PVC cables as earth wire, trminal boxes closed recossed type. Disconnecting , taking down & removing carefully the existing ceiling fan, exhaust fans, wall bracket fans and air circulating fans etc , of any description, any sweep and from any position / locations (i.e.Technical Area's OTM Accn / hangers),sealing cable end, for repairs / servicing / overhauling / painting / numbering etc and hanging / fixing the repaired fans in position after , dismantling & opening of the fans, checking serviceability of parts, overhauling by necessary cleaning, oiling & greasing , fixing the serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts, if any, with new parts, reassembling the fans, making necessary adjustment and proper alignment of blades,connecting to existing electric sources and testing at site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing charges for new items are deemed to be included under this item. (ii) Burnt out windings replaced, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ for rewinding. (iii) The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation of fans to & from workshop if required and approved by the Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs.
