RE-CABLING OF EMU MOTOR COACHES - 21 Nos (20 Nos AT EMU WORKSHOP, AVADI and 1 No at EMU WORKSHOP, TAMBARAM

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited,the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover.The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-VIB of GCC, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

Similar nature of work: The firm should have the following experience: Wiring / Recabling of rolling stocks / coaches of Indian Railways / Metro Railways

The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender.

Tenderer should attach self attested copy of PAN CARD and photo identification in support of their Identity.

The documents attached to the tender document should be clear and legible for evaluation of tenders. Proper care to be taken in this regard

A copy of document to be uploaded containing the following details: Name of the tenderer/ contractor, Validity of DSC, Complete address with pincode, Contact No.

A copy of NEFT form duly filled in the details as necessary along with a cancelled Cheque to be uploaded.

Information/ certificates required as per Tender document for partnership deed, Article of association, MOU, JV AGREEMENT, Proprietary firm etc.

Self Attested copy of Experience Certificate of Previous Work Done -The bidder should submit documents related to completed/on-going similar service contracts during the last three previous financial years and the current financial year along with the details of payments received and percentage penalties imposed therein, to classify the completed/ on-going similar service contracts.

GST registration details of the tenderer/firm shall be uploaded.

Declarations Regarding Non-disqualification of Bidders: 1(a). (2) I/We declare that being an individual on the list of approved Contractors, have no relative (s) or I/We declare that one or more of our shareholder(s) or a relative(s) of the shareholder(s) is not employed in gazette capacity in any department of Indian Railway. (3) I/We declare that I/we and any of my /our constituents have not been levied with a penalty for violation of labour laws for three times in the last two years (from the date of opening of tender) by the appropriate enforcing agency like the Labour Commissioner etc. (4) I/We declare that any previous contract of mine/ours or any of my/our constituents have not been terminated in Chennai division, within the previous 2 years from date of submission of bids. (5) I/We declare that in Chennai division, myself/our self or any of my/our constituents have not been imposed a penalty equivalent to the maximum penalty that can be imposed under a previous contract, such a figure being specified, within the previous 2 years from date of submission of bids. (6) I/We declare that in case this declaration is found to be false, process for 'banning of business' against me/us shall be initiated as per extant rules.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

The Tenderers are advised to visit the site of work in their own interest and acquaint themselves with the site conditions and expected quantum of work and assess all the site specific difficulties to be experienced while executing the same and the rate shall be arrived duly considering all the facts above and quoted in the tender. Any representation at a later date specifying the site difficulties shall not be considered.

The tenderer shall go through the entire tender documents thoroughly and strictly adhere the instructions and directions given at different pages.
