Having Examined and understood the Terms and conditions of the Bid documents and the Scope of Work in the Bidding documents issued under Enquiry No. KPTCL/MYS/SEE/PROJECTS/ CIVIL/03 Dt: 28.10.2025 for Providing RCC pole with barbed wire fencing to proposed 220/66 kv R/S land at Pandavapiura(Anavalu), Pandavapura taluk, Mandya district on TTK basis. a) EMD, b) Qualifying Requirements c) Technical and Commercial details, and d) Price Bid in e-Procurement portal, for theServices. We note that the prices offered are (as per the Bid conditions) FIRM through out the period of contract including extended period if any as per the commercial terms and conditions. We agree to keep this Bid valid for a period of 90 days from the date fixed for Bid opening and may be extended as per the request of KPTCL and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before expiration of that period. We have paid EMD through e-payment. Until a formal contract is prepared & executed, this Bid together with your written acceptance thereof in your notification of Award shall constitute a binding contract between us.
