Material and labour for concealed point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper cable multistrand conductor 1100 volts grade confirming to IS:694 with colour coding Red for phase, Black for neutral and green cable used for earthing connection, controlled by one way switch drawn through and including appropriate size of non metallic concealed IS marked PVC Conduit confirming to IS:9537 (Para 3) of suitable size (not less than 20 mm dia) fixed on wall/ ceiling with GI saddle. GI screw, rawl plug with all accessoriese Tee, junction box including 1.5 sqmm PVC rigid (FR-LSH) insulated un shealthed copper cable multistrand conductor 1100 Volts grade confirming to IS:694 for continuity earth wire connected to each point and terminated in to Sunken cast pressed steel terminal box made out of MS sheet 1.2 mm thick for mounting of fittings like switch, socket and fan regulator with 3.15 mm thick hylam laminated plate flushed to wall of required size for mounting switches, sockets & regulators and also making disturbed surface good as before work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for submain wiring in repair with unsheathed multi stranded FR-LSH copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade confirming to IS:694 drawn through and including appropriate size of non metallic concealed PVC Conduit medium grade (not less than 25 mm dia) with all accessoriese Tee, junction box and concealed in wall/ surface of ceiling for two run of 4 Sqmm single core and one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor for continuity earth wire confirming to IS:694 between main DB to submain DB/ AC plug point. Note: (i) Rates are deemed to be included for chases of conduit and sunking for boxes cutting and making holes in wall/ floor for passing in or through conduit. (ii) Two run of single core cable with one run of earth continuity conductor and PVC conduit and accessories shall be measured as one length incl cutting chasing in wall complete

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing in repalcement for cable XLPE insulated, IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988 marked, screened, PVC sheathed, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, cross sectional area of cable 10 sq mm 3.0 core laid in trenches/ fixed on pole/wall/passed through pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc for cable laying, electring of poles and n exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm with available and approved earth/ soil as specified

Removal of excavated material/ surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point as specified.

M&L for sand cushioning the UG cable screened unwashed river sand and punning for cushioning to cable 8 cm thick below cable and 15 cm thick above cable in layers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for laying dry bricks old size with subclass 'B' designaion 'B' made of burnt clay best quality locally available with permissible tolerance, laid down flat 23 cm in width over sand cushioning in trenches perpendicular to the direction of underground cable width equal length of bricks for protection of cable Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair GI tubes light grade 40 mm nominal bore laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Labour and required tools for carrying out horizontal boring below roads/PCC hard standing/ Drain suiatble up to 50 mm bore GI pipe all as specified and directed for inseting GI pipe of the following size with a depth upto 1.50 m and length of road upto 12 m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron protection pipe light grade of 20mm dia and watering pipe medium grade of 15 mm dia and filled with alternate layer of charcoal and common salt, watering funnel with wire mesh, earth pit chamber and cover CI frame PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 all as specified directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part -I of 2009 connecting to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including all earth work excavation in any type of strata, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Including testing complete Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include the cost of earth work, wire mesh, PCC pit, funnel, CI frame and 7.5 mtr long galvanised iron lead wire 4.0 mm dia and protection pipe of 20 mm bore light grade. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order based on SSR rates adjusted with quoted rates.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 92,284.50
