Supply , install, testing and commissioning as in replacement of cubical housing cabinet type CPRI approved Confirming to IP55 LT panel board outdoor type of size 0.80m x 0.80m x 0.40m, platform mounted factory made, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof openable from both front and rear side made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA MS Sheet and built upon suitable size MS angle iron frame work, having front and rear hinged doors, lifting lugs (2 Nos), earthing strips at rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc plated and passivated nut, bolts, spring and washers. The cabinet and all members should be chemically treated with MSR solution for anticorrosive treatment and apply spray paint with two coat of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Labour only for boring of hole under roads with mechanical arrangement upto 50 mm dia without disturbing the top surface of the road for passing the cable across the road complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing 40mm bore light grade with fittings laid in trenches or for road crossing for protection of LT underground cables including taking up old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for HDPE pipe of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm² and dia 75 mm for passing of cable through PCC foundation from trench to distribution board with necessary clamp nuts and bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 25 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etc. and replaement of old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.
