Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Brick work with flyash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for brick work with old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius in cement mortar 1:6 but except bricks complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings, etc. n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) as in surface channel, coping etc. and removing debris and rubbish out of the premises complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in sub base to receive tiles.

M & L Paving vitrified parking tiles 300 mm x 300 mm x 8-10 mm thick (heavy duty), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in foot path with white cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm/ 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, pre-polished set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey/colour cement and pigment in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick sand filling under precast concrete inter locking paver floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, etc.

Extra for forming fair finished of drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished even & smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concete 1:2:4 (Nominal Mix) Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs (for man holes, etc.) set in Cement Mortar (1:4) including necessary form, mould work, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Precast Cement Concete louvres and jalli 1:3:6 (Nominal Mix) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, set in Cement Mortar (1:4), 25 mm thick, including all moulding but excluding frame complete all as directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete Type B1 1 : 2 : 4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers , lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.

M & L Mild steel TMT bars (Fe 500 D) 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 24 above but 6 mm to 8 mm dia as in stirups, binders, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer.

M & L for Preparation of old painted plastered surfaces and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width, not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolt exc 10cm and n exc 15cm long of 5 to10 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Fencing wire mesh, any type.

S & F PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing of 2.00 mm dia GI wire and outer dia 3 mm mesh size 75 mm x 75 mm (including thickness of PVC coating) approved quality all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out emebedded portion of concrete, brick work, masonry and making good disturbed ground.

Excavating in post holes not exc. 0.5 cum in each and getting out in soft / loose soild and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and making good the surface.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filing and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Providing reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B-I, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq. cm but n. exc 250 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred topes as directed and fixed.
