Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description not other specifically provided for etc and removal of debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

Taking down cement plaster or any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

Brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar 1:6, all as specified .

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, path etc laid in alternate bays not exc 3 m in length, and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 as in subbase using 40 mm graded aggregate .

M & L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4. type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in floor including finishing top even & smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete/ stone surfaces including finishing plaster surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete/ Stone surface including finishing plaster surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as directed.

Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular), dark shade, polished, area of each tiles exc 0.36 sqm but not exc 0.42 sqm, in floors and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM (1:6)etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

M & L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing

M & L Coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300 x 200 x 7/450/350/7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match,and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm thick , set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors etc all as specified.

S & F in repair grating doom 125 mm dia with waste hole of PTMT. (Minimum weight 40gms).

S & F in repairs 18 mm to 20 mm dia curtain rod/rail, anodised aluminium alloy, chromium plated with & including fixing brackets, stops etc complete all as specified and directed.
