Repair to Police Station Building at Chandragiri for the year 2026-27_Building

Removing Old grading plaster from roof slab,cleaning the surface, lowering & removing the debries within 50m lead including cost of all labour, Cess T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of EIC

Providing 2.5cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab using 6mm size hard broken granite chips with chicken mesh including cost, conveyance, royality of all materialsof all T&P with Cess etc, required for the work etc completein all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete including cost conveyance, royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, Cess & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry includinghoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where neCessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance royality, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, labour of all materials and including hire & running charges of machineries required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and Cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing Chequred tiles in floors, treads of on 25mm th bed of cement mortar (1:1) (1 cement:1 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance of all materials, royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges & labourwith T&P and Cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6)finished smooth to inside surface of 9" thick brick wall after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, & Cess etc complete in all floor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather shield cement paint to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint watering curing with cost conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P and Cessrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
