Earthwork excavation in trenches for foundation in sand and other loose soils not exceeding 1.50m in width and including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 1.50m including getting out of the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m and lift of 1.50m, cost including shuttering, strutting, bailing out seepage of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, 4 parts of M.Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & 8 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) (One cement, five M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) using chamber burnt bricks for walls in Ground Floor of the building including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work for Sides of soffits, beams, landings, cantilever ridges and lintels not exceeding 1 m in depth in all floors upto full height of the building and removal of the same for in situ RCC work etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) for RCC works using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., and excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement grills for all RCC works in all floors upto full height of the building etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and placing in position of M.S / Tor steel grills for R.C.C works in all floors including cost of Steel, cutting, bending, binding with 16 Gauge GI Binding wire and placing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (Plastering Sand (P Sand)) (One cement, five Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Filling basement with available excavated earth in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc., in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating and watering etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Filling in basement with M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) to the required thickness in layers including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying One coat of Alkali Resistant Primer and Two coats of APEX - Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality over the New wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Collection and Supply of good quality Red earth from Vagaikulam and conveying by road with an average lead of 26 KM & stacking at site for pre measurement including cost of materials, conveyance of red earth, labour, tools & plants etc., complete and asdirected by the departmental officers.

Collection and Supply of good quality Cow dung manure (well dried manure) from Tuticorin town and conveying by road with an average lead of 13 km & stacking at site for pre-measurement including cost of cow dung manure, conveyance, labour, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Mixing of Red earth and Cow dung manure for spreading and leveling the plantation area for required thickness including labour, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Planting of well growth and healthy Saplings of 1.5m height in poly bags for planting works at site. The saplings varieties shall be Neem, Pungai, Vagai, Novai, Poovarasu. The cost inclusive of cost of saplings, conveyance, loading, unloading, all materials, labours and planting charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 1000 litres capacity Sintex double layer water tank with approved brand including cost of PVC water tank, making connection with input and output water pipe line and valves. Cost inclusive of all materials, labour charges, & conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 32mm dia. PVC pipe 10 kg. per cm2 working pressure in wall, ceiling and floor with necessary clamps and screws, making holes in the wall wherever necessary by drilling holes in the roofs and walls, packed the holes with necessary brick works or concrete wherever necessary plastering the surface smooth with required scaffolding including cost of pipe and special such as elbows, tee, union joints, reducer etc., cutting threading etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 25mm dia. PVC pipe 10 kg. per cm2 working pressure in wall, ceiling and floor with necessary clamps and screws, making holes in the wall wherever necessary by drilling holes in the roofs and walls, packed the holes with necessary brick works or concrete wherever necessary plastering the surface smooth with required scaffolding including cost of pipe and special such as elbows, tee, union joints, reducer etc., cutting threading etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make heavy duty Gun Metal Gate Valve at 32mm dia. of approved quality including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make heavy duty Gun Metal Gate Valve at 25mm dia. of approved quality including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and installation 16mm dia lateral netafim with necessary pipe specials such as Tap Dripper, Start Nipple, Rubber Grommate, Lateral End, Nipple Jointer, Flush Valve, Control Valve, Solvent Cement etc., and the joints being tightened including cost of materials, Conveyance, installations with required specials, labour charges, tools & plants etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and planting of Golden Duranta Border plant saplings wherever required for gardening including cost of sapling, labour, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply of Potable water 6000 litres per trip by engaging Tractor fitted with water tanker (6000 litres capacity) with Driver and One Male Mazdoor for watering the plants wherever required. The cost inclusive of Potable water, tractor hire charges, fuel, driver bata, labour charges etc., to execute the work and complete the work to the entire satisfaction of the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Casurina Props of size 13 Cm - 15 Cm dia. and height 1m for the purpose of tightening with the planted avenue saplings for the support. The cost inclusive of conveyance, loading, unloading & materials (Casurina Props) labours, fixing charges etc., complete and as directed by the the departmental officers.

Maintenance of all plants, trees/saplings, flower beds, crotons, herbal plants etc., by daily watering, weeding out the unwanted vegetation, removing the rubbish and dried leaves. The cost including flower pots, ornamental plants, red earth, cow dung manure, labours, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing Sapling Protector (M.S. tree guard) 16-inch dia circle in plan, height 4 feet above ground level. The 2 nos MS Ring patti of size 19 x2 mm 16-inch dia welded on Top and bottom of weld mesh jali. The weld mesh jali of size 40 mm x90 mm (hole) 14 gauge 4 feet long. The vertical supportive legs shall consist of three nos of MS angle of size 19 x 2 mm 1 feet long welded on bottom MS patti. One name plate of 1mm thick M.S. sheet of size 250 x 100 mm shall be welded to the Sapling Protector (tree guard) near the middle portion of the Sapling Protector and writing the name with paint as instructed by the departmental officers. The Sapling Protector shall be conveyed and fixed to the ground at the identified site. The Sapling Protector shall be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of enamel paints of approved brand, complete in all respect. The cost inclusive of M.S Patti, Weld Mesh jali, M.S. Rod, M.S angle, M.S Sheet, Welding, painting, Conveyance, loading, unloading, fixing charges labour charges, tools and plants, etc.complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
