Priming one coat with any approved primer

Distempering two coats to wall with approved distemper of approved shade ncluding cost, conveyance and taxes of all the materials, labour etc complete including 1% cess as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and applying weather coat on out walls two coats with any approved shade of weather coat of I.S.I mark including cost of weather cost etc complete.

Conveying, supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S grill , Door & Window in position including cost, conveyance, taxes al llabour etc complete

Painting two coats with any approved paint to new wood work and iron work including cost of the paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceiling with Aluminium anodised T-Section no 3115 with 2'0" center to center L-Section no. 1705 up to 15 micron on 4 wall to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC plug and the aluminium etc complete.

Providing and fixing big six or Trafford A.C.sheet in roof including fixing of ridges, wind ties including cost of A.C. sheets including cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Labour for fitting and fixing of Deptt. ACC/GCI sheets in roof including drilling holes in wind ties & fixing of ridges, vallies,wind ties etc. including conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing, fitting and fixing Steel Angle Iron window frame with M.S grill manufactured from standard rolled steel angle section 40 mmx 40 mmx 6 mm cornered of the frame duly metered and electrically welded with fish tailed hold fasts made out of M.S. flats of size 200 mm x 50 mm x 30 mmx 5 mm thick at the rate of 4 nos per frame with M.S hinges of size 75 mm & 14 SWG thick at the rate of 3 nos for each single leaf shutter tower bolt ring & m.s grill made of 19 mm x 5 mm flat properly welded to the window frame with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide zinc chrome primer including 1% cess as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing debris etc. with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick Cement plaster in C.M (1:4) over brick work including cement punning and bitumen painting over top of wall finished smooth including watering curing and scaffolding with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of made up of aluminium section 9778 as windows frame section no.4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement, all fittings including cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P, cess, and hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty ( water based ) of approved make including cost of all labour , materials etc complete
