Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling, concrete tiles with APP membrane including cement mortar bedding PP membrane and any type of roof treatment, except plain cement concrete and removed all debris outside of ND complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided , in roof etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : All the unserviceable items /debris/building material to be removed outside Naval Dockyard by the contractor no extra payment given to contractor.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per Sqm on cleaned and washed concrete surfaces and like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof/chajja padding for maintaining roof/chajja slope complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing water proofing treatment with five layered 4mm thick APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified bituminous membrane re-inforced with no woven polyester mat of weight not less than 180 gms/Sqm as centre core and without multiple layers of polythene finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polythylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on bottom portion of the membrane after applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm over roof and over the APP membrane provide a polypropylene/ polyester, Non woven geotextile fabric of 150 gsm over the geo textile fabric (An overlap of 100mm at end & 75mm shall be provided on sides ends respectively) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on roof top surface finished even and fair including WPC by weight of 3% of total weight of cement in concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25CmX25CmX22 mm thick, machine pressed,(with grey cement & no pigments), set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick bedding layers in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick, stone or concrete surfaces of walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 20mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface with two coats i.e. (15mm thick back coat in CM (1:6 and 5 mm thick finish coat in cement mortar 1:4 ) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including all safety measure and scaffolding upto any height complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for providing and applying Ready mix plaster is a formulated cement-based polymer modified plaster 20mm thick which is a premixed product of Portland cement, sand and polymers. approved quality and make, curing after initial setting time etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and applying microconcrete of Fosroc, Dr Fixit, or equivalent to column, beam, wall, roof, chajja and other structure after complete cleaning of concrete surface and applying epoxy coat as bonding agent Fosroc's Nitobond or equivalent for bonding between old and new surface, including all lifts, shuttering upto 22.00m height of building all as required as per site condition complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plaster surface of walls and applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint of over one coat of primer on wall/roof and necessary scaffolding upto any height of bldg complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) including all safety and scafolding complete all as specified and directed
