M&L for comprehensive maint, Preventive and routine maintenance of 03 Nos of chilling machines Make : M/s Carrier of screw type compressor, 180 TR each, single stage, 3000 RPM, 415 Volts, 3 Ph, 50 Hz,Model No. 30HXC190A *3 Nos shell & tube type condenser with carbon steel plate, copper tube, including carbon plate shell & tube flooded type chiller unit working with microprocessor base controls in sheet metal control panel, and 09 nos AHUs of various capacities complete all as directed with following requirement / condition and for following items / equipment -

Scope of Work:- 1. To visit & check the operating parameters of the chillers every quarter. 2. To review the previous months operating log records and alarm history. 3. To inspect the unit for any unusal vibration, noise etc. 4. To check for a sign of refrigerant leakage and rectifying the same. 5. To check the operation of the expansion valves, once a year. 6. To check the proper functioning of microprocessor and take control test. 7. To check/calibrate the flow switch for proper functioning. 8. To check the antifreeze and carrying out the setting of the same. 9. To check the LP/HP cut out switches and to replace the same,if found defective. 10. All the breakdowns including the compressor failure, if any, shall be attended to in this scheme. 11. To clean the electrical panel of the chiller every quarter with air blower. 12. Checking operation of motor and starter. 13. Logging and reporting repairs and parts those are required. 14. Check three phase voltage unbalance and current imbalances.

Annual Shutdown Inspection :- 1. To provide and replace internal oil filters,as & when required during the contract period. 2. To provide and replace and refrigerant driers as & when required during the contract period. 3. To inspect the oil quality physically and replacing the same, if required (Customer to check the quality of oil). 4. Descaling: Cleaning of condenser coils (Chemical will be provided by Carrier). 5. To operate the machines for 08 hours (Maximum) and adjust the controls for the optimum operation. 6. To clean all the contactors during the annual visit. 7. Rewinding of the compresor motor, if required. 8. Repairing of the leakages except pertaining to the heat exchangers. 9. To attend to the complaints as and when called for. 10. To provide any spare covered under the scope of OEM offer.

Low side equipment (For 09 Nos AHUs):- 1. Quarterly checking and servicing of the equipment. 2. Attending to service calls for trouble shooting and maintenance by our engineer/technician to inspect the performance of the equipment and to take necessary action accordingly & meet your representative to give the return feedback/report. 3. Repairing/overhauling the component of the equipment at site/ in our service station. 4. Checking condition and setting of panel controls,operating controls,safety controls to ensure optimum performance,reliablity and replacement of the same if found necesary. 5. Checking all electrical controls and components (switches,timer,relay and starter) of the equipment and lubricating the bearings of fans & motors when found necessary. 6. Cleaning of AHU coils twice a year. 7. Inspecting belts, adjusting of tension and replacing worn out belts. 8. Repairing of AHUs with defective parts to be change when found necessary. 9. Repairing of chilled/condenser or hot water pumps with defective parts to be changed when found necessary. 10. Taking a set of readings and then evaluating them to ensure satisfactory performance of all equipment.

M&L Cleaning of inside surface of supply Return/Exhaust Ducts of HVAC system by (NADCA certified duct cleaning agency ) using high power vacuum air compressor robotic camera air hammer , special nozzle ,air sweep with other required accessories giving /showing inspection of dust before and after cleaning of duct using colour video inspection all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix Refrigerant(134A) of high quality for 03 Nos of chiller units of 180 TR each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix temprature gauge bottom connected, direct mounted type, of temperature range of 0 - 100°C or 32 - 212°F, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pressure gauge, bourdon type, 150 mm dial size, pressure range 0-14 Kgs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix , of Air Vent valve, 20 mm dia ISI marked with and including all fixing accessories, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Rapid Cool/ZOLOTO/

M&L in replacement, for PVC fins Box suitable for cooling tower of 200 TR capacity, FRP induced draft type (Model : CM-12), complete all as specified and directed. Make : Mihir/Paharpur

M&L, in replacement, of three phase heating element capacity 25 KW capacity, ISI marked of existing shape and size suitable for hot water generator and making electric connections and taking down old unserviceable heating elements, complete all as specified and directed. Make : DASPASS / THEETA/AUE/ HONEYBEE/RAYCOLD

M&L in replacement of Step Controller with digital display, More than 5 steps, for Hot Water Generator wall as per sample, complete all as specified and directed. Make - Rapid cool / Honeywell

M&L in replacement, of CI butterfly valve, ISI marked, PN - 1.6 pressure grade, having Nitrile/EPDM rubber lining, SS stem, CS/SS disc, lever operated type, of size 50 mm dia bore including all jointing material i. e. nut, bolt, washer, packing material etc., duly insulated, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above but 65 mm dia size.

All as per above but 100 mm dia size.

Supply & fixing in replacement non return valve PN-1.6 IS 5312 Part -I. 80 mm dia both ends flanged heavy duty including packing materials, nut bolts washer etc. and testing complete including modification/ fabrication if required & having details as Body Cover CI IS : 210, Gr. FG260. Body Rings - Bronze : IS 318 Gr. LTB2. Hinge Pin-SS ASTM A276 Type 410. Flange Drilling - IS 1538, Table 4 & 6. all as specified and directed.

S & F water flow switch capacity 150 PST,100 degree temprature working with 15 Amps 250 Volt single phase
