Taking down hangar shutter of area exc 60 Sqm n exc 80 sqm area of any description and removing all bends, dents, replacing rollers with new rollers at top and bottom of shutter, bolting and riveting the existing mild steel sheet with steel framing made for shutters including necessary welding wherever required at places and making good the shutters to true functional for easy movement of shutter on rail by manually pushing and pulling and erected to original position complete all as specified and directed. (Sheet for gate will be paid separately)

S&F in repair Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet (Camouflauge pattern including match with existing pattern of gate) 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with selftapping screws as specified and directed

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/ paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate),75 mm thick, as in sub base for floor, finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type -B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hard standing, 100 mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement including joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubberised Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30 X cm 30 x cm 20mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment laid as in floors, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick, machine made ,1st quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles , of triangular / Zigzag / Haxagonel/ in shape or shape and design as approved, with grey cement and pigment , having crushing strength not less than 300 Kg / Sqcm and conforming to IS specifications as in floors/ paths/ pavings etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick sand cushion including filling the joints with sand , as in floors/ paths/ pavings etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable PVC pipe of any description and in any position and supplying and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or fixed in vertical position complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing plain cement conrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings , steps, plinth courses, haunching, benching, kneelers, apex stone bed plates and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating with and including necessary formwork to achieve even and smooth finish complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition brick work built in cement mortar of any description Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls/celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4 ) in brick walls finished even and fair complete as specified.

M & L Bricks, sub class B, laid flat in drain bedded and jointed in CM 1:6 and pointing in CM 1:3 old size bricks complete all as specified and as directed

M & L Bricks, sub class B, laid on edge in floors flat in drain bedded and jointed in CM 1:6 and pointing in CM 1:3 old size bricks complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes class NP 2 (ISI marked) of bore 450 mm and jointed in CM (1:3) complete with collars all as directed.

Dismantling of RCC posts or struts of any section incl. taking out embedded portion and making good of disturbed ground (posts embedded in natural ground) etc complete all as specified.

All as per item 20. above here-in-before but posts embedded in concrete.

Dismantling fencing of any type fixed in any situation including flat iron MS round bars, mounted on nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and concertina coil complete all as specified and directed .

Excavating in posts holes (or similar holes) in soft and loose soil each n.exc 0.50 cu.m getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm.

M/L for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete.

S & F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

Supply only, chain link fencing of MS galvanized fencing, any size or type.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh , size and type fixed to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., incliding provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed Note : Supply only chain link fencing and line wire will be measeured and paid separetly.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed to other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and hexagonal or square nut length of bolt exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Mild steel round bars, 10mm dia cut to length weared and securing chain link fencing to fencing posts, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over 10 cm in width or girth of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including, securing and tying at crossings with and provisions of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position no otherwise specifically provided for as in cover slabs complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) nominal mix, type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landing, cover slabs shelves and similar article set in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only concertina coil razor type in 06 coil in stretch of 1.0m length for fencing work,straining and fixing to angle iron/barbed wire with and including necessary clips for each bundle of coil) for securing complete all as specified and directed.
