BUILDING WORKS INCLUDING INTERNAL SERVICES : Lump sum price worked by the contractor for "BUILDING WORKS including internal services for " Design , Supply and Construction of PUF insulated prefab modular 40 men OR Living shelter (Double storey) of size 18900mm x 6100mm including 1380mm wide verandah as per Drawings, Tender and specification with design criteria as follows:- (i) Wind velocity - 150 KM/Hrs (ii) Sesmic zone - IV (iii) Unforeseen load on roof (iv) Slope - 28 degree or as permissible as per Site requirement with Super structure , False Ceiling Double Storey shelter , Doors & Windows , Fasteners & Accessories of Shelter , Internal Services & Flooring/Plinth , Panel & Flushing , Internal WaterSupply incl Plumbing & sanitary , Internal Electrification . All as per brief specification, schedule of structure and list of stores and drawings . RCC Columm Foundation , Structural members as per details , Roofing sheets in complete all as per specification including connectinng path and as directed by Engineer in charge/commanding Officer .

Bed Hard made of 2 5x 65 x 16 gauge MS tube sides (frame), 32 x 32 mm x 16 guage MS tuve legs, 02 Nos 25 x 25 x 16 guage stiffeners along the width including Mattress. Single Bed Size 72”x35” and 5 inch thickness Anti Sag Tech Mattress, Medium Firm, Polycotton cover, Primary material of Polyurethane Foam all as specified and approved by Accepting officer. Double sleeping bunks 1900 mm x 762 mm x and height 1650 mm Made of 40 x 40 mm medium grade square tube with 25 x 25 mm square tube support all as per drg. All exposed surfaces of steel shall be painted with three coat synthetic enamel spray paint of approved tint over one coat of primer.12 mm thick commercial plywood of BWR ISI marked shall be provided for bed portion. Cushion of density 24 kg/Cum of 35 mm thick with superior quality cover and good quality pillow of size 600mm, x110mm x300mm shall be provided as approved ,

Double leaf steel lockers (half hanging and half shelving) will be height 1500x width 900 x depth 475mm shall be made out of 22 gauge mild steel sheet and finished with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer. Provided with two individual doors (Full vertical partition in the middle) two locking arrangements and two handles. Hanging tubular bar (Aluminium) to be provided in the top on both side and two shelves below the hanger bar to be fixed on both side. Weight of steel Almirah shall not be less than 48 kg each. Steel writing Table shall have size of 0.90M x 0.60 M and height 0.75M with prelaminated Bhutan board top of 18 mm thickness.

Mirrors of size 1.20x0.60m with wooden/PVC beading fixed with 5.50 mm mirror shall be provided with hanging arrangement
