REPAIR TO ROOF GUTTER FACIA WATERPROOFING TREATMENT EXTERNAL INTERNAL WALL CRACKS SANITARY FITTINGS AND CERTAIN REPAIR WORKS IN TECH AREA AT RCI HYDERABAD UNDER GE I RND RCI HYDERABAD

Taking down existing roof treatment including scrapping old bitumen layer complete of any description and removing of cement plaster including cleaning and disposal of debris off the premises at low laying area asdirected by Engineer in charge complet. Brand: Asian/Fosroc/Pedilite. Note: Including removal and re-fixing of Earthing/Lightening conductor strips of any size.

Removal of grass/vegetation growth along with roots, cleaning thoroughly with acid like Cyclosinone herbicide / Glyphosate herbicide and washing with water to neutralize the effect.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from wall/ceiling including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L 15 mm thick Cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or Concrete surfaces, Mixing with water proofing chemical (WPC will be measured and paid separetely) over neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm on old concrete Surfaces.

M& L 15 mm thick Cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or Concrete surfaces, Mixing with water proofing chemical (WPC will be measured and paid separetely) over neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm on old concrete Surfaces.

Providing and applying screed bed layer on cocrete surface of 15mm thickness with CM 1:4 mixed with Conplast WL XTRA or equivalent (Integral waterproofing compound confirming to IS: 2645) at the dosage of 200 ml/bag of cement over waterproofing system to a minimum thickness of 15mm or as per site requirement in vertical areas. Note: The above item shall be executed by Auth manufacturer/auth applicator after taking prior approval from Engineer -in- Charge.

M & L for preparation of concrete surfaces by brushing, cleaning and washing all the undulations, cracks, pores ,cleaned and sealed with PU sealant or crack seal properly and apply 1st coat of PU Magnum @ 750gram/Sqm over a coat of epoxy primer @ 200ml/sqm (laying 30-40 GSM Geotextile with 50mm side and end over laps on the layers wherever required and will be measured and paid seperately) and apply 2nd coat of PU Magnum over all surfase @ 500 grams/Sqm all as specified and as per manufacurers instructions and as directed. Note: The above item shall be executed by Auth manufacturer/auth applicator after taking prior approval from Engineer -in- Charge.

Supply only Geotextile 30-40 GSM, Complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions

M & L for preparation of concrete surfaces by brushing, cleaning and washing all the undulations, cracks, pores, cleaned and sealed with PU sealant (SHALISEAL) or crack seal properly and apply 1st coat of Acrylic Elastomeric Polymer coating with BRUSH BOND/MAK CRETE MWP dilution with 1 Ltr chemical + 500ml water & 2Kg of cement as a primer coat, 2nd coat is laying of 40-50 GSM fiber mesh with 50mm side and end over laps on the primed surface, apply a 3rd coat of Acrylic Elastomeric Polymer coating with BRUSH BOND/MAK CRETE MWP dilution with 1 Ltr chemical + 200ml water & 2Kg of cement and apply a three coats of RAINSEAL/ROOF GUARD with dilution of 20% all as specified and as per manufacurers instructions and as directed. M&L for two component polyurethane based coating that cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to form a tough but flexible waterproofing membrane over the primed surface using same manfacturer primer on prepared concrete surface as per manufacturer's specification. The waterproofing shall be elastomeric, seamless waterproof membrane applied in 1.50Kg/Sqm to achieve DFT of 1.07mm thick having a elongation capacity of over 600%. Termination to be done on wall extending the coating to minimum 300mm height above the finished floor level and sealed inside the groove of 20mm wide x 10mm thick flushed with polymer modified mortar as per vendor recommendation.
