PROVISION OF EXTERNAL SERVICES ELECTRIC SUPPLY FOR MAP PHASE II AT LONAVLA

S& F XLPE insulated armoured and pvc sheated heavy duty electric cable size 3.5 core ,120 Sqmm cross sectional area with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade as per IS 7098 (Part-1) 1988 with latest amendment laid in tranches passing through pipes /ducts including testing complete note- rate is inclusive of cable gland & cable lugs Note -Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of schedule.

All as per item no.1 but of size 10 sq.mm 4 core

M & L for Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth getting out for the pole foundation/cable all as directed in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth getting out for the pole foundation/cable all as directed in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in thick all as specified and directed.

M & L for Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing dry river sand / crush stone dust for cushioning to UG cable including punning down of sand in layers all as specified. Note :- Cushioning will be measured and paid after punning down.

Supply and laying factory cast, unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “LT CABLE” class LV type1 flat size 250x150x40 mm laid in trenches as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting the existing PCC floor/road/foot path not exeeding 15cm width,30 cm depth for laying of UG cable/protection of pipe all as directed.

M & L for GI Tubing light grade 100 mm for cable protection, laid under plinths/floors /roads /culverts or fixed on walls or concealed in walls or along the steel poles by means of M.S.F.I clamps with necessary bolts nuts washers etc complete all as specified.

Supply , install, Design testing and commissioning of CPRI approved factory made and tested outdoor type LT panel board, cubical type suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with air insulated PVC sleeved Copper bus bar of rating 200 Amps for phases and neutral installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP-54 class protection and made out of 2 mm SS sheet with projected globe roof for rain water protection Dust & Vermin proof, including Neoprene rubber gasket, Bottom detachable Gland Plate comp-lete with suitable size Zinc Chromium Plated Nuts, Bolts and Washers, etc. and 50 X 50 X 6 mm thick MS angle iron frame 60 cm above and 60 cm below normal ground level work front & back opening double door type of adequate size for housing LT switchgear and measuring instruments duly powder coated after seven tank process on both sides including internal wiring in the panel with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volt grade IS 694 marked or PVC sleeved copper strips of appropriate size but not less than 4.0 sq mm, cable lugs,MCCB Spreaders links, cable glands and PCC foundation in cement concrete 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate, testing after installation including complete all as specified & directed and comprising of followings:- (A) Incoming:- (a) Copper bus bar TPN 200 Amps - 01 Set (b) Voltmeter 3 phase class .5 (L &T Model No-WL131020OOOO ) -01 Nos (c) Ammeter 3 phase class1 (L &T Model No-WL132020OOOO ) -01 Nos (d) Phase indicating lamp R, Y, B LED (L &T Model No-EPL R/Y/B/240VAC ) - 01 Set (e) CT of suitable ratio (f) Danger notice plate/ sticker of suitable size on front panel board -01 No (g) Incoming MCCB 125 A TPN 36 kA -01 No (Legrand- 4200 96) (B) Outgoing:- (a) MCCB 63 A TPN 16 KA (LEGRAND- 4200 13) -05 No (b) All out going LT feeders name with radium stickers. M&L Earthing with 600X600X6 mm thick , galvanised steel earth plate electrode buried vertically in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of plate vertically at a depth ,not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including Chemical earthing with copper earth plate 90x60cmx5mm & copper earth strip 50x6mm by means of bolts,nuts,check nuts, And washer of galvanised steel, Gi shrip to be provide upto the extent of 7.5 m GI strip to be duly connected to metalic bodies of HT/LT equipment with provision of mixture of charcoal dust & common salt packed all ground the earth plate upto MS funnel with wire mesh provided inside concrete earth pit for watering arrangement,complete all as shown on electrical plate no.3 of SSR Part I (2009) and testing on completion.
