Conducting Integrity Test on piles (NDT Test) on all working piles of any diameter including necessary excavation and pile chipping, pile head preparation, mobilizing all necessary equipment, technicians, head preparation, setup, interpretation, computation, analysis of results and submission of reports all complete as per project specifications/ IS code and as directed by Engineer-in-charge for all dia. of piles(450mm, 500mm, 600mm &750mm). Note: Cost of Pile excluded. Measurement : Number of test.

Excavation in ordinary soil including clay black cotton soil, soft & hard murrum, sand, gravel, soil containing small pebbles, rubble, boulders, removable without breaking / blasting, etc. which can be loosened manualy or mechanically operating tackles such as pick shovels, front loader (as defined in IS:1200) etc. for all types of foundations / footings, plinth beams, pilecaps or any other substructure, including shoring, strutting, dewatering and disposal of surplus earth up to a distance of 1000 metre from the nearest edge of excavation area. The rate shall include all tools, tackles, supervision, transport and incidental expense, overhead & profit, etc. as per the Technical Specifications, up to and including a depth of 2M below existing level. (Mode of measurement shall be as per footprint area of PCC dimensions)

Manual Excavation below ground level in normal soils for all kinds of work in foundation including trenches, pavements, manholes, footings, pipelines, cable trenches, barricading,pipe sleepers etc. in ordinary soils including all labour, materials, dressing of sides, leveling, grading and ramming of bottom, pumping & pumping out water accumulated due to rain and/or subsoil waters and including dismantling and providing temporary supports to and / or protecting existing underground lines and facilities, service lines like water pipes, sewerage, instrument / electric cables, etc. complete, including shoring/strutting if required, all materials and labour complete and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Item includes disposal of the surplus earth up to 100 M from the nearest edge of the excavated area)

For excavation upto 2.5m depth below existing level

Chipping of piles up to cut off level as shown on the drawings, ensuring that while chipping , the reinforcement is kept completely intact including cleaning and coating exposed reinforcement with cement wash completely. For 500 mm dia. of pile.

Transportation of surplus earth/debris, muck, marsh,bentonite/polymer slurry,vegetation remains to dumping area outside site Carting the surplus excavated earth/rocks and debris from construction area beyond the initial lead of 500 meters to the approved dumping area outside the plant boundary at below mentionedd distance from the site, including re-excavating the deposited soil excavated earlier, transportation, loading, unloading, laying at all depths/heights, stacking, levelling and dressing both the area (viz. from where the earth is carted and where it is deposited) to required levels and slopes complete with all lifts. Any payment of fee, duties and royalties etc for using the dump. Note : Outing gate of Refinery shall be decided by NRL / EIC as per the site condition Transportation to any designated area outside refinery premises with a lead up to 5 km

Making preparation and carrying out Pile integrity test (NDT using High sensitive accelerometer or equivalent conforming to specification for all piles through specialist approved agency, in consultation with Owner/Consultant and submitting the report on all the piles as per specification and submitting the report to Owner / Consultant for approval.

Providing, mixing and laying blinding layer of PCC nominal mix using 40mm and downgraded coarse aggregate for any thickness below footings, plinth beams, G.F.slab, pilecaps, foundations, trenches, pits & sumps etc. as levelling course, filling material, using Ordinary Portland cement/ Portland Pozzolona Cement, curing including shuttering, tamping, ramming, vibrating, etc., complete, as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge. For details refer specification for Plain and Reinforced concrete (NR-0ZZZZ-CV-SPE-0002). Materials to be supplied as per approved vendor lists attached with special conditions of contract.

Providing and laying REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE OF M-30 GRADE (Ready Mix Concrete with design mixes) with 20mm and down size graded crushed stone Aggregates in SUB-STRUCTURE, using Ordinary Portland Cement/Portland Pozzolona Cement. i.e., Foundations, raft, beams, slabs, pile caps. retaining walls, dyke walls, jambs, counterforts, buttresses. pedestals, pipe sleepers, columns, suspended floors, staircases, landings, steps, brackets,trenches, culverts, manholes, pipe encasement, catchpits, drains, pits, underground tunnels and other similar UG items etc., including equipment/ machine foundations & pedestals viz. compressors, ID & FD fans, pumps, generators. crushers, mills, etc., (including single pour concreting as specified on the drawing), applying cement wash on concrete surface (wherever no other surface application is specified), providing pockets, openings, recesses, chamfering, etc., wherever required, vibrating. tamping, curing and rendering if required to give a smooth and even surface etc. (EXCLUDING THE COST OF REINFORCEMENT, SHUTTERING & SPECIFIED ADMIXTURES) for all depths below and upto plinth level in any shape, position and thickness etc. all complete as specified, shown and directed. For details refer specification for Plain and Reinforced concrete (NR-0ZZZZ-CV-SPE-0002). ALL MATERIALS INCLUDING CEMENT SUPPLIED BY THE CONTRACTOR

Providing and laying REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE (Ready Mix Concrete) OF Design Mix of M-30 GRADE with 20 mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregates/ gravel using Ordinary Portland Cement in SUPER STRUCTURE in suspended floors, slabs, beams, columns, walls including counterforts, staircases, landings, steps, facias, fins, mouldings, gutters, shelves. window sills, canopies, lintels, girders, ducts, brackets, chajjas with drip moulds, pedestals, posts, struts, equipment/ machine foundations, ramps etc. (including single pour concreting as specified on the drawing), providing cement wash- (wherever no other surface application is specified), providing pockets, openings, recesses, chamfering wherever required, vibrating, tamping, curing and rendering if required to give a smooth and even surface etc. (EXCLUDING THE COST OF REINFORCEMENT, SHUTTERING AND SPECIFIED ADMIXTURES) FOR ALL HEIGHTS UPTO & INCLUSIVE OF 20 m ABOVE PLINTH LEVEL in any shape, position, thickness etc. all complete as specified, shown and directed. ALL MATERIALS INCLUDING CEMENT SUPPLIED BY THE CONTRACTOR

Providing and fixing CENTERING AND SHUTTERING in foundations, footings, raft, beams, slabs, pile caps, retaining walls, jambs, counter-forts, buttresses, trenches, equipment/machine foundations, pedestals, abutments, pipe sleepers, columns, plinth beams, lintels, suspended slabs, beams, staircases, landings, steps, non-circular tunnels / bunkers / silos / shafts / hoppers / liquid storage structures etc. for all depths below and above ground & inclusive of plinth level including shuttering for single pour concreting, strutting. bracing, propping etc., keeping the same in position during Concreting and removal of the same after specific period etc. for Straight / Inclined Shuttering, keeping necessary provisions for Inserts, Projecting Dowels, Anchor Bolts or any other Fixture, tools, equipments and labour necessary for the work,etc., all complete and as specified and directed.

High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) / TMT Bars – Grade Fe 500D for – Cast-in-Situ / Pre-cast Sub Structures: Supplying , Cleaning and placing in position TMT bars / HIGH YEILD-STRENGTH DEFORMED STEEL BARS REINFORCEMENT of Grade Fe 500D conforming to lS:1786, for RCC work (Cast-in-Situ and/ or Pre-cast Reinforced Concrete Works ) Including transporting the Steel, straightening, cleaning, decoiling, cutting, bending to required shapes and lengths as per details, binding with 18 SWG black soft annealed binding wire at every Intersection, supplying and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, overlaps, welding, spacers, fanhooks etc. for all Sub Structures like Foundations, Culverts, Basins, Drains, Sleepers, etc. at all depths as specified in the Drawings, specification TP-1ZZZA-CV-SPE-0002 and all completed as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Materials to be supplied as per approved vendor lists attached with special conditions of contract. SUPPLY OF ALL MATERIAL IN CONTRACTOR's SCOPE. Measurement: Weight calculated as the unit weight multiplied by the finished net bar length as per IFC drawings. For payment reinforcement including authorized weight for spacer bars, laps, chairs etc shall be measured separately for diameter wise length actually used. Wastages & unauthorized laps shall not be considered for payment. Inspections and Tests as per relevant technical specifications and codes shall be deemed to be included in the scope

Supplying ,fabricating and fixing in position M.S.Steel insert plates, slide plates, curb angle comprising of channels,angles, flats, rounds, plates and other structural shape etc.with holdfast /lugs, as shown in drawing including necessary templates, staging, cutting,bolting and welding as required and embedding in position on both, plain and reinforced cement concrete members inclusive of adjusting shuttering,welding, if necessary, tying & holding to correct level and line,and auxilary dummy structures to support the heavy inserts, ,fabrication, transporting and application of one coat of inorganic Zinc Silicate primer(Avg. 75 micron thickness DFT) and 2 coats of approved anti- corrosive paint 20 microns DFT each coat on the exposed surface only, embedding the insert in position complete.

Supplying, fabricating, casting, installing and fixing in position at all levels & locations M.S.holding down threaded bolts conforming to IS 2062 Grade A or BR as per drawings and nomenclature, including supply and fixing nuts, washers, anchor plates, pipe sleeves, etc., as per Standard TP-1ZZZA-CV-SDD-0002 in foundations, columns, pedestals, slabs, beams, walls etc. or any other place as directed including handling & transporting, straightening if required, turning from relevant size M.S. rounds to required diameter, threading, welding, providing necessary templates and auxiliary dummy structures, if any, necessary tying and welding with reinforcement, adjustment of shuttering & reinforcement/any other fixture, greasing exposed metal surfaces, covering bolts and packing the sleeves with jute cloth etc. all complete as specified and directed by EIC.(SUPPLY OF ALL MATERIALS IN CONTRACTOR'S SCOPE).( No extra payment shall be given for template or any dummy structure)
