Making preparation and carrying out Pile integrity test (NDT using High sensitive accelerometer or equivalent conforming to specification for all piles through specialist approved agency, in consultation with Owner/Consultant and submitting the report on all the piles as per specification and submitting the report to Owner / Consultant for approval.
Providing, mixing and laying blinding layer of PCC nominal mix using 40mm and downgraded coarse aggregate for any thickness below footings, plinth beams, G.F.slab, pilecaps, foundations, trenches, pits & sumps etc. as levelling course, filling material, using Ordinary Portland cement/ Portland Pozzolona Cement, curing including shuttering, tamping, ramming, vibrating, etc., complete, as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge. For details refer specification for Plain and Reinforced concrete (NR-0ZZZZ-CV-SPE-0002). Materials to be supplied as per approved vendor lists attached with special conditions of contract.

High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) / TMT Bars – Grade Fe 500D for – Cast-in-Situ / Pre-cast Sub Structures: Supplying , Cleaning and placing in position TMT bars / HIGH YEILD-STRENGTH DEFORMED STEEL BARS REINFORCEMENT of Grade Fe 500D conforming to lS:1786, for RCC work (Cast-in-Situ and/ or Pre-cast Reinforced Concrete Works ) Including transporting the Steel, straightening, cleaning, decoiling, cutting, bending to required shapes and lengths as per details, binding with 18 SWG black soft annealed binding wire at every Intersection, supplying and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, overlaps, welding, spacers, fanhooks etc. for all Sub Structures like Foundations, Culverts, Basins, Drains, Sleepers, etc. at all depths as specified in the Drawings, specification TP-1ZZZA-CV-SPE-0002 and all completed as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Materials to be supplied as per approved vendor lists attached with special conditions of contract. SUPPLY OF ALL MATERIAL IN CONTRACTOR's SCOPE. Measurement: Weight calculated as the unit weight multiplied by the finished net bar length as per IFC drawings. For payment reinforcement including authorized weight for spacer bars, laps, chairs etc shall be measured separately for diameter wise length actually used. Wastages & unauthorized laps shall not be considered for payment. Inspections and Tests as per relevant technical specifications and codes shall be deemed to be included in the scope

Supplying ,fabricating and fixing in position M.S.Steel insert plates, slide plates, curb angle comprising of channels,angles, flats, rounds, plates and other structural shape etc.with holdfast /lugs, as shown in drawing including necessary templates, staging, cutting,bolting and welding as required and embedding in position on both, plain and reinforced cement concrete members inclusive of adjusting shuttering,welding, if necessary, tying & holding to correct level and line,and auxilary dummy structures to support the heavy inserts, ,fabrication, transporting and application of one coat of inorganic Zinc Silicate primer(Avg. 75 micron thickness DFT) and 2 coats of approved anti- corrosive paint 20 microns DFT each coat on the exposed surface only, embedding the insert in position complete.
