Repairing and Reconditioning of Casing (Top and Bottom Cover) and Housing Unit By suitable process and carrying out the following works Scope of Work: 1). Dismantling of casing by removing of nut-bolt 2). Dismantling of complete gear-train assemblies from input assembly to output assembly 3). Dismantling of damaged parts of the input assembly along with its matching wheel 4). Rebuilding of its housing by suitable electrodes (L&T 2424 or equivalent) 5). Undercut of bearing seat area 6). Line boring of housing to required dimension adaptable for bearing 7). Finishing and polishing of the machined surface 8). Checking of bore for proper fitment 9). Repairing of threading holes 10). Providing and fixing of distance pieces and labyrinth cover of the input shaft assembly 11). Grinding of internal gear trains of the gear 12). Matching of the gear teeth of the pinion and gears for proper alignment of each gear from input side to output side 13). Providing and fixing of End covers of complete gear box 14). Providing and fixing of set of nut-bolts with proper fitment 15). Providing and fixing of oil seals with proper fitment 16). Cleaning and painting (inside and outside), re-assembling and no-load testing of complete gear-box after fitment of all the internals

Input pinion shaft complete damage gear teeth area re-melting, re-shaping & repairing as per OEM's std. profile with balancing including hardening & tempering process. (1st Stage)
