Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and to full depth as may be directed,except in hard rock,requiring blasting including shoring and shuttering and bailing out of water wherever necessary,refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth or sand in layer of not more than 15cm thick.well rammed and consolidated and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift of 10m & initial lift of 2m and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with iniital lead and lifts,clearing and levelling the site etc., complete as per SS20B and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.17,23,24).

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Part of Cement, Four part of Fine Aggregate and Eight part of Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28).

Brick Work in CM 1:5 (One Cement & Five Fine Aggregate) mix using country bricks of size 8-3/4" x 4-1/4" x 2-3/4" size including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing the concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:31

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to a height of 3.05 metre high for plain surfaces such as RCC slabs, beams TEE or ELL beams, lintels staircase beams etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel B.G. 10 sheets of size 90 cm X 60 cm stiff ended with welded mild steel angles laid over silver oak(Country wood) joists of size 10 X 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm centre to centre complete complying eith standard specification in all floors. SS 30.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or TMT rods for all reinforced cement concrete works as per design given including cost of steel and binding wire with all conveyance and lead charges in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the deparmental engineers. TNBP No:30

Supplying and fixing of Mild steel door,grill gate,window including cost and conveyance charges to site fixing in its position and all labour charges etc complete.

Supplying and erecting pull and push type rolling shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc., (ROLLING SHUTTERS (WITH ISI MONOGRAM))

Plastering with CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of sand) mix for 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing,finishing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:56&57

Special Ceiling Plastering with CM 1:3 (One part of cement & three parts of sand)mix for 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing,finishing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:30,56&57

Weathering Course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) near the RCC roof slab in the properties of brick jelly to lime being 12:12-1/2 by volume and laid over in single layer and consolidated to the required designs and finished thickness, beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly watted by sprinking lime jaggary water.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 2 cm approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to ISS by 2% weight of Cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint S.I.358 Plastic emulison paint of'approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. TNBP No:66-A

Painting with two coats of Approved colour of best quality synthetic enamel paint, painting over new iron work including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (New Iron Surface).TNBP No:66&66-A

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100v grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point. SD 24 ISI make with standard specification.

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unscheathed Cu.conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS Plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point. SD 38 ISI make with standard specification

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.conductor of 1100v grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with suitable TW box in flush with wall, to house the control switch regulator and covered with 3mm thick hylem sheet, with painting of suitable colour, with continuous earth connection of 14 SWG TC wire for PVC fan point SD 24 ISI Make with Standard specification .
