Dismantling and refixing work

Shifting of major lab from old location to new location with work as below: Removing old wiring and casing caping, switch boxes, plates, switches, light fittings, fans, doors, all machinery, fridges, water cooler, cctv cameras, wiring of cctv, dvr, network wiring, network switch, computers, printers, water filter, lab machines, ups, stationery, company medicine and material etc. Loading and unloading on trucks and transport to new location (around 15km) with number of trucks, staking or reuse of materials all complete as per direction of engineer in charge. (Dismantling and reinstallation of Aluminium work and AC Work will be paid separately)

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling, and Reinstallation and commissioning of existing Split Air conditioners 1.0 TR to 2 TR capacity

Refixing Dismantled aluminium partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket .Aluminium sections (available from dismantled material) shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
