In cement mortar

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Stone work with neatly dressed laterite stones of size 35cmx21cmx20cm in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)

Refixing of available aluminium partition materials inclusive of aluminium members, particle boards, glass panes, snap on beading, door closures, including providing new rubber gasket etc complete and as directed by the EIC. ( The height of the partition is 3.00m. To be fixed at 1st floor of MAX-1 TE Udupi)

Removing /dismantling of existing aluminium partition / doors with particle board, glass panes, snap beadings, rubber gasket, door closures etc crefully and staking the same at alloted space including all lead and lift etc complete and as directed by the EIC ( Available aluminium partition at Ground floor of Telecom House Kadiyali Udupi and brought to the 1st floor of MAX-1 TE)

Transportation of aluminium partition materials including boards, glasses, beadings etc .. Including all lead and lifts etc complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.( Available aluminium partition at Ground floor of Telecom House Kadiyali Udupi and brought to the 1st floor of MAX-1 TE. Approximately 3.00 KM distance)

Realigning the sliding entrance gate at the entrance of the CSC in MAX1 Telephone exchange, including fixing of the available fixtures and making it easily operable, including all and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
