The 600mm dia DI pipe one end fixing in position to the concrete well with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix and another end of pipe fixing in position to the brick work well with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 and finishing the surfaces with cement plaster to the both ends.

Supply, delivery and fixing of cast iron single faced square Pen Stock gate valve of size 720mm x 720mm as per IS 3042 suitable for 700mm dia plain end pipe vertically operated by manual means of raising spindle with bracket and wheel (geared type). The rate include demolishing the top surface of collection well for providing and fixing 2 nos of MS-I Section of 120 x 65 x 6mm size for a length of 5m by using cranes to support and fix the PEN STOCK valve with the 700mm dia pipe inside the collection well (3 mtrs below the collection well top) and painting the I section with Anti-corrosive paint. The rate includes the cost of welding, cutting, painting and fixing & finishing the dismantled portion of well with cement mortar etc., Complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

V. Supply, delivery and commissioning 3 nos of Submersible Non-clog pumps at Muthumariamman Koil Street, Puducherry Supply delivery erection and commissioning of submersible centrifugal sewage non-clog pumps for a duty point of 25 to 30m head and discharge of 100 to 200cum / hour, vertical spindle type pump, wear resistance with submersible motor for the various duty conditions. Pump shall be capable of handling min 100 mm solid size with sewage specific gravity of up to 1.05. Pump shall be of robust construction . Liquid passages shall be finished smooth and designed as to allow free passage to solids. Pump Impeller should be of Non-clog semi open type, single vane / multi vane preferably contra bloc or vortex impeller design. Double mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces should be provided to protect the motor from ingress of sewage along the shaft. The critical speed of the rotor shall be at least 30% above the operating speed. Pumps should have double bearings between the pump & motor. The bearings life shall be minimum 100,000 hrs of operation with greased for life. Pump should be provided with automatic coupling device including pedestal, duck foot bend, stainless steel guide pipe or related accessories of suitable size to facilitate lifting and lowering into guide rails for easy maintenance.
Pump shall be provided with a stainless steel lifting chain conforming to BS 970 Gr 304. Pump speed shall be of 9600rpm for high duty pumps and 960/1450 rpm for low duty pumpsets. Casing and impeller should be of CI Gr. FG 260 :IS210 more preferably with hardened impeller. Shaft should be of stainless steel AISI 410. All the fasteners and bolts shall be of AISI 410.The submersible motor shall be operated with 3 ph , 415 V( + or – 10 % ) , 50 Hz ( + or - 5 % ) dry induction type. Motor shall be capable of giving rated output without reduction in the expected life span when operated continuously . The rotating assembly shall be dynamically balanced as per standards. The starting current of the motor shall not exceed 200% of rated full load current for Star / Delta or ATS starting under any circumstances. The motor shall be suitable for full voltage star delta / ATS starting. The locked rotor current of the motor shall not exceed 600% of full load current unless otherwise specified. Motor shall be designed to withstand 120 % of rated speed for two minutes without any mechanical damage, in either direction of rotation.
The motor vibration shall be within the limit specified in applicable standards . Motor should be of IE2, explosion proof compatible for VFD operation together with star-Delta / ATS starter, protection against increase in stator winding temperature (15 deg Celsius) , bearing temperature, leakage in the stator housing and terminal box shall be provided and to be suitably interlocked with the control panel for tripping the pump in case of increase in temperature beyond set limit. Insulation class shall be of “Class H” and degree of protection shall be of IP 68 as per IS 4691. Motor shall be suitable for continuous operation in fully submerged or partially submerged condition.The pumpset shall be supplied with power cable of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed , copper , flexible ,round type with required conductor size and number of cores as per starting method and of specified length for continuous use under water and air. The control cable of PVC insulated , PVC sheathed , flexible for stator winding temperature sensor 3 core x 1.5 sq.mm copper conductor and for bimetallic switches 2 core x 1.5 sqmm copper conductor shall be provided. Motor shall be supplied with 10 mts of round submersible copper cable of suitable size. The non clog submersible pumpset shall be provided with suitable starter control panel having all protections as mentioned above. (upto 5 HP - DOL Starter, above 5 HP to 25 HP -Star Delta Panel and beyond 25 HP shall be ATS)

VI. The rate is inclusive of all activities such as Supply, Erection and Commissioning of motor pump set other allied accessories such as control panel board with all accessories and Auto coupling, lifting chain with hand rail etc., as detailed above.
Duty point of 35 to 40m head and discharge of 600-700cum/hr Charges for Supply and erection of non clog sewage type submersible motor pump. The motor should be mounted with bottom of bed at sewage well by using pulley block. Checking alignment of pump to bottom bed. After mounted the motor, connecting power cables and other control cables are proper route wiring from well to control panel. After connecting the cable and completion of work, the motor should be trail run including all labour Lifting and transporting etc., complete. The necessary dewatering using diesel/electric pump set to drain the well and necessary RCC concrete foundation with necessary SS foundation bolts & nuts for mounting the pump set etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying premixed seal coat type `B' comprising of thin application of fine aggregate premix with bitumen binder in mini hot mix plant, carriage manually of mixed material and laying and rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonne. As per clause no 513 of MOST specification.
VIII. Supply, delivery and erection and commissioning of 30 KVA / 24 KW Diesel Genset at Muthumariamman Koil Street, Puducherry Supplying of 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 cycles, 0.8 power factor for electric starting diesel generator comprising the following units:- Kirloskar/Leyland/Ruston/Greaves Cotton/Cummins make) air cooled and shall be of multi stroke, multi cylinders, cold starting, developing not less than 43 BHP under normal temperature and pressure. The engine shall conform to I.S. 10002 withlatest amendments.
It shall be capable of taking 10% over load for one hour in every 12 hours of continous operation including 6 Nos. of anti vibration pads.The engine shall be complete with the following accessories:Electrical starting provision, engine cooling fan, fuel and lubricating oil filters, oil bath, air filter, lub oil pressure gauge 90 litres capacity fuel tank mounted with engine, hour meter with exhaust manifold, flexible pipe, 12 /24 volts electric starting equipment complete
with starter, alternator and one 12 volts with 19 plates battery of make AMCO/STANDARD/EXIDE/DAGANITE (with Guarantee cards) of adequate capacity and low lubricating oil pressure/high temperature varying engine shut down devices.The Acoustic enclosure shall have the following: Acoustic enclosure shall be powder coated and fabricated out of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet. The silent canopy shall be of nut bolt type construction. Powder coating is done after seven tank surface preparation process of sheet metal.
hot airtemperature rise with in the canopy is maintained with in 10 C over and above ambient temperature.Acoustic enclosure is suitable for Outdoor / Indoor installation. Lockable doors shall be provided. Lockable fuel filling arrangement to be provided external to the canopy. Residential Silencer is housed in the canopy. It shall be with end shield/ball roller bearings complete.
Design, fabrication and supply of 30 KVA/24 KW DG set AMF (Auto Main Failure) control panel with EB Bypass function.
Supply and laying of 6 core x 2.5 sqmm copper flexible cable for AMF control wiring.
Making earth pit of G.I. pipe for earthing in earth pit with 40mm dia. G.I. pipe medium class of length 3.05m perforated with 46 Nos of 12mm dia. holes, pipe lowered in bore holes of 150mm dia. And filled in with charcoal and salt in alternative layer of 300mm, the top of G.I. pipe shall be clamped. IX. Construction of Genset platform and safety arrangement to the Genset at Muthumariamman Koil Street, Puducherry. Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.
Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.
Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.
12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.
Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31mm pitch of 250mm and overall width of 1060mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.S paint and working etc., complete excluding the cost of purlin , rafter and truss etc.,
Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade - New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr / 10 sqm ) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm
