R/O road damages ( due to laying of Sewerage Pipe Line ) on Parwanoo Kasauli Dharampur Subathu Solan road in Km. 0/00 to 58/320

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface by mechanical means up to 150 mm depth and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material as per MORT&H specification clause 305.4.3 complete in all respect including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, height and other incidentals.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to cambor (Earth work for the cutting involved for subgrade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil completed including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and rerolling the sub-grade completed including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and laying, spreading by mechanical means and compacting stone aggregates of WBM Grading- II i.e. 63mm to 45mm (sixty three milimeters to fourty five milimeters) size @ 0.91cum (point nine one cubic meters) per 10 (ten) square meters upto compacted thickness of 75mm (seventy five milimeters) including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening of type B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two milimeters) @ 0.20 (point two ) cubic meters per ten square meters and binding materials @ 0.060cum ( point zero six cubic meter) per 10 (ten) square meters to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading II as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 (Four hundred five) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting 75mm thick (seventy Five milimeter) WBM Gr-III with stone aggregates of specific sizes (53mm to 22.4mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of materials,labour and equipments to various location of site of work through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and all incidental charges by mechanical means.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 to 1.0 kg per sqm using mechanical means as per MORD Specification Clause 502 including cost of materials, labour, T&P, carriage, leads & lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilogramme) per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 (five zero three) and as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and laying 30mm thick Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 (One Hundred to One hundred Twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (Seventy Five) tonnes per Hour using crushed aggregates of specified aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-10) @ 5.5 (Five point five) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, viberatory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain concrete nominal mix 1:5:10 (One cement: five sand : ten graded crushed stone aggregate) 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size mechanical mixed, vibrated and curing complete including the cost of form work in open foundation for all type of structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportion with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Blcok Pavements having thickness 80 mm (eighty milimeters) as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1504, as per direction of Engineer in Charge including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.
