Outsourcing of services for manning Operation and routine maintenance of standby DG Set during 0900hrs to 1700hrs(one shift of 08 hrs) with one skilled operator per shift per day including Sunday & Holiday or as and when required basis during failure of electricity or low voltage problems. Capacity of DG set 500 KVA, 440 Volt, 50 hz, 1500 RPM with self start ignition system batteries 2 Nos, 12 volts, 180 Amps control panel change over switch installed in the ADRDE complex for stand by supply in Director building Technical Lab, Auditorium and Metal Lab complete all as specified and directed.

Manning, Operation and routine maintenance of submersible pumping sets installed at trial base Kheetham and keep them functional clean and in tidy condition all time by deploying one skilled tradesman during 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs total 08 (eight) hours (one shift) including Sunday and Holiday for the following equipment:- (a) Submersible pumping set of 05HP capacity 03 phase 415 Volt Electric Driven with all fittings/delivery pipe line complete - 01 No

Notes : Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included the following:- (i) Operator cum mechanic, electrician (skilled) etc shall be of Diploma/ITI passed with having training certificate in relevent trade not less than three year shall be employed for each shift. (ii) It is an express condition of the contract that tenderers are required to quote their rates duly considered minimum applicable as per policy wages of the tradesmen intended in the tender, as in force on the end date of bid submission. It shall be deemed that quoted rates are based on minimum wages notified by the concerned authority for the station i.e Govt of India/State Govt/Union Teritory, whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC, Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable. (iii) In case the rates quoted by tenderer are less than the notified minimum wages as on bid submission end date including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC, Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable, his tender will be treated as non-bonafide and will not be considered for Acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined amongst valid/bonafide bids only. (iv) The firm/contractor shall be solely and fully responsible to his reprsentative/personal for any accident/damage during maintenance/operation/health related liabilities/compensation, penelty etc on this account. (v) T&P required such as spanner set, wrench, screw driver set, testing lamp, drilling machine and multimeter, tong tester, megger etc as well as protective devices (shoes, helmet etc) shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost.

(vi) Contractor shall be responsible to maintain log books, duty roster attendance register and spare for repair/renewal of parts register, earth register, and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (vii) Shift Operator (reliever) shall neither leave the installations without prior permission of JE/Engineer-in-Charge. Proper handing/taking over to the next operator will be made. (viii) Two pairs of uniform with name plate of operator & firm and shoes shall be provided to each operator by the contractor. (ix) The Manpower employed by the contractor shall be resposiable to maintain the installation neat & clean by cutting bushes & grass around the installation upto 5 meters including roof and thrown the same out side of the MOD area. All cutters, digging and other tools required for cleaning inside and outside the installation shall be provided by the contractor. (x) First Aid box will be provided by contractor at each installation. (xi) Any increase in minimum wages of labour as fixed by the Govt of India/state Govt/ union Territory, whichever is higher shall be paid to the contractor in accordance with the provision made vide condition 63 of IAFW-2249. Increased wages including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions shall be paid to workers by the contractor. no other claim whatsoever shall be addmissible on this account and the bidders shall consider this aspect while quoting their rates. It must be noted that in compliance of the statutory provisions, the increased will be passed over to the workers. (xii) Any consumble item shall be issued by department free for fixing/filling. The contractor shall collect and transport the same from E/M store yard to the requisite installations within 24 Hours at his own cost and arrangement. Proper record for issue & receipt for this shall be maintained by the Engineer-in-Charge & contractor.

(xiii) The Contractor shall not pay wages lower than the latest notified minimum wages in force to their workmen/ tradesmen including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions. Bidders shall consider this aspect while quoting their rates. (xiv) Duty roster for detailement of operators shall be approved by Engr-in-charge within first three days of every month and the same shall be kept on record and properly displayed at each installation. (xv) The contractor will arrange the earth tester, Megger & clamp meter for installation and will check all the earthings in presence of JE E/M, Engr-in-Charge and test report shall be submitted to the office of AGE E/M duly signed by the contractor on commencement of work for record. (xvi) For any damage to the installations due to negligence of operator such as loose connections, improper routine check up/maintenance etc. the contractor shall be held fully responsible to replace the same damage at his own cost all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (xvii) Original certificates regarding qualifications of operators engaged in the work, police verification and identity proof shall be produced by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge for verification and approval.
