3.2 To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 (b) Satisfactory completed (at least 90% of the contract value) as prime contractor, for at least one similar work such Construction of check dam/Pick up/Barrage/Barrage cum Bridge/Anecut/Check dam cum cause way/Bandaras/Aqueduct works of value not less than Rs. 80.15 Lakhs.

3.2 To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e 2020-21,2021-22,2022-23,2023-24 and 2024-25 (c) Executed in any one year following minimum quantities of work 1.Earthwork both in excavation, desilting and embankment combined qty 17,870.02CUM, 2.Cement concrete both RCC and PCC 1,448.42 CUM, 3.Reinforcement of Steel 14.26T, 4.Pitching/Revetment 866.40 Sqm.

3.2To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e 2020-21, 2021-22,2022-23,2023-24 and 2024-25 (a) Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (i.e from 2020-21 to 2024-25) (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs 320.58 Lakhs Annual Turnover Certificate along with Balance sheet certified/attested by Chartered Accountants should be uploaded with 18-Digits system generated unique number UDIN Number

3.3(b)liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 59.32 Lakhs (Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.)

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non accessibility of KPPP portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

Conditional tender will not be considered.

Tender application amount will not be refundable.

The employer reserves the right to accept any tender and to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.

The contractor has to compete the bid (quote the rates excluding GST) for all schedule B items of the works mentioned.

The Contractor shall pay the Earnest Money Deposit EMD & Tender Transaction fee in the KPPP portal using any of the following payment modes. Credit Card, Direct Debit, National Electronic Fund Transfer, NEFT, and Over the Counter OTC.

The tenderer shall scan and upload all the original documents required for this bid to the KPPP portal. The uploaded documents should be clear (Visible), unclear documents will be rejected. The original documents shall be produced at the time of physical verification.

One percent of the bill amount of the successful tenderer will be deducted towards cess as a labor welfare fund.

The contractor has to make his own arrangement for procurement of all materials required for the work. There is no departmental supply of materials. Contractor should procure only ISI mark materials and submit necessary quality control certificates from the authorized quality control authority, before execution. Transportation charges from the site of work to Q.C. Lab of all the samples collected for testing should borne by the contractor himself.

All documents enclosed should be attested by Gazetted officer or Government Notary, otherwise the bids are liable for disqualification. Original documents should be produced for verification at any stage of the Tender process, as and when sought for. Failure to produce original documents will lead to disqualification. Work done certificates should have all the CR no, work order issuing date, work completion date and year. All documents to be furnished are to be counter signed by the employer in charge, not below the rank of an executive in-charge or equivalent.

Omission and typographical errors which are in the opinion of the executive Engineer will not be a ground for claims of extra payment.
