WORK OF SAFE CARRIAGE OF MATERIAL AND M&R WORK OF 145 KV CIRCUIT BREAKER AT 132 KV S/S BIJNOR UNDER ETD BIJNOR.

Loading & unloading of 145 KV Circuit breaker (3 pole & breaker mechanism) by private crane/hydra at both sub stations and safe carriage of above material by private truck/vehicle from 132 KV S/S Kanth Road Moradabad to 132 KV S/S Bijnor. Approx. Distance 95 KM .

Attending SF-6 gas leakage from 03 No. Poles of 145 KV SF-6 CGL make circuit breaker of 40 MVA T/F-I at 132 KV S/S Bijnor as well as from 03 No. Poles brought from 132 KV S/S Kanth Road, Moradabad Detect pole leakage by SF-6 gas leakage detector, extract SF-6 gas from pole units with the help of SF-6 gas extraction plant & store it into empty SF-6 gas cylinder, dismantling pole units, pole panel & opening the pole joint & fixed contact chamber from the pole, cleaning of fixed & moving contacts, polishing the contacts & applying micro carbon grease on contacts surface, replace poles O rings, attending the air leakage from control valve, apply vacuum on poles by help of vacuum pump upto specified value & keep it for 8 to 10 Hrs. & check no loss of vacuum. Checking of NRV & drain valve for SF-6 gas leakage with the help of soap seeds. Replacement of NRV & drain valve if required. Checking of air switch, i.e. governor switches. Checking of gas density switch including it's adjustment. De rusting, lubrication of horizontal rod assembly & it's various linkages including all men, materials, consumable items and T&P.

Complete overhauling of mechanism assembly and checking/recording of 01 Nos. 145 KV SF-6 CGL make circuit breaker of 40 MVA T/F-I at 132 KV S/S Bijnor a Overhauling of drive mechanism along with replacement of overhauling kit of 'O' rings, gaskets and K slot rings. b Overhauling of magnetic valve along with replacement of overhauling kit of 'O' rings, gaskets and K slot rings. c Overhauling of control block along with replacement of overhauling kit of 'O' rings, gaskets and K slot rings. d Filling air upto specified value and check no air leakage. e Satisfactory close/trip operation of the breaker both by local and remote.
