Providing and fixing of multi activity play system of octopus theme based with consist of various activity like roller slide, wave slide, tube slide, net clamber, spiral climber, bridge connector/ tunnel, bubble panels, along with safety panels for safety of children’s. C) FRP roller slide: in the roller slide the rollers are made up of HDPE with UV stabilized pigments of 2.5 mm thickness provided with nylon bush and are mounted on 12 mm dia. Rod and fix in slide chute. The frame of the slide is made from 50x50x5 MS angle and handrail is 25 NB G.I. pipes. The landing support is made from 25 NB pipes. D) roto spiral slide: spiral slide chute is made of roto LLDPE virgin plastic having shell thickness 8 mm. The back side of the slides is at surface matel with platform effect slide is supported on 80 NB center G.I. pipe. Landing module is supported by 20 NB pipe. Railing is made up of LLDPE in roto mould process. It is support by 20 NB G.I. pipes. The support pipe is powder coated to avoid rusting of the pipe. E) roto safety railing: railing is provided for all the decks for safety purpose. It is made up to low-density LLDPE virgin plastic in rotational mould process and has a support of 20 NB powder coated G.I. pipes. The railing is attached to the support pipe using a nylon clamp. F) spiral climber: it is fabricated out of 25 NB G.I. pipes. The spiral structure is suitably bent and is kept standing with vertical 40 NB G.I. pipe support. G) rope net climber: it is made out with powder coated 20mm o.d. and 25mm o.d. G.I. pipe frame having nylon clamps in nylon rope. H) tube slide made out roto moulded LLDPE plastic material with entry & exit panel gate. I) tube slide made out roto moulded LLDPE plastic material with entry & exit panel gate and the top of slide partially ransparent type. J) tunnel: it is made out 8mm thick roto LLDPE virgin plastic material in a sheet in appropriate shape & colour having connecting arrangement at both ends. K) roto safety panel: - safety panel of LLDPE material provided in appropriate shape & design with safety feature. L) bubble panel: colourful bubble panel provided around the maps for the more fun. M) roto wave slide 1.5 mtr.: this roto wave slide consists of ISI marked structure. The attractive roto wave slide chute is made up of 8 mm thick LLDPE virgin plastic. The structure is made up of 20 NB and 25 NB powder coated G.I. pipes. The slide is supported on 80 NB powder coated G.I. pipes. The ladder cum railing is made 20 NB and 25 NB G.I. pipes respectively. The platform of the slide is made up of 14 SWG G.I. sheet with anti-skid for firm foot grip. There are triangular steps 16 SWG G.I. sheet. The slide chute has its end such as it causes safe landing of the child. N) bridge connector: 2.40mtr long FRP bridge connected with tunnel & deck having cross M.S. frame work and vertical supports, complete bridge covered with M.S. railing / roto railing in a arch shape to give the more safety to child. the play area of complete maps is 10.0 mtr.
