Complete job including labour and material cost. PERIODIC OIL CHANGE OF VEHICLE: Change of Engine Oil & Transmission oil after flushing old used oils, flushing of engine after providing flushing oil. P&F of Oil fitter. Bypass filter, fuel filter. Air filter and safety Air Filter, Air cleaner rubber. Providing & filling of Engine oil. P/F of 1 No. fan belt, Radiator Cleaning. Complete job including labour and material cost. REPAIR TO PROPELLER SHAFT: Dismantling of propeller shaft, segregation of its fittings, aligning / balancing of shaft on lathe machine. Providing/ fitting of teeth and yoke set, UJ cross, centre bearing. Fitting of shaft on vehicle after P/F of nuts, bolts with lock washers etc. Complete job including labour and material cost. FOUR WHEEL CHECKING / REPAIR AND ADJUSTMENT OF BRAKES: Checking of all the four wheels after dismantling of wheels, segregation of components, washing properly all the components in HSD. Complete washing of the vehicle. Making of surface of dented components after application of car solder and rubbing engine thereof. Spraying of one coat of red – oxide. Metal Primer inside and outside the tank and chassis of vehicle. The spraying of 2 coats of deco paint on the tank and on the vehicle. Complete letter writing on the vehicle including the tank and number plates. Fitting of tank on the chassis of vehicle after providing rubber pads U bolts, nuts and bolts. Welding to Silencer, Complete job including labour and material cost. REPAIR TO ELECTRICAL SYSTEM OF THE VEHICLE: Repair to electrical system of vehicle after removing worn out and damaged wiring. P& F of new LT wiring of the vehicle, tail light assemblies - 2 nos., indicators assemblies - 2 nos., bumper corners - 2 nos., head light assembly- 1 no., servicing of self starter and alternator pressure horn.
