Providing and Fixing AC Power Cubical Box

Supply and fixing of AC 3 phase 415V 400 Amp,with Neutral LT power receptacles at 220 KV S/S Sikandra, Agra. The receptacles shall be provided in corporating a manually operated MCCB rated for 400 Amp. The incoming 3 phase AC power supply shall be available from both AC boards at both the point 1&2 and switch shall be kept at either of two point by manual interlock. In case the supply at either of the points fail, the switch shall be shifted to other healthy supply point. The incoming supply shall be looped to other such cubicles with 2 nos. seperate cables for having dual arrangement of incoming AC supply of each cubicles necessary arrangement of cable glands and terminal block for 2 nos. 3.5X400mm2 PVC incoming cables and 2 nos. 3.5X400mm2 cables for looping to next cubicles shall be provided. Foundation of cubicals shall be constructed as per drawings standards. Cubical shall be made of 12 SWG MS sheet and will be dust, wheather & vermin proof with proper locking arrangement .

These are suitable for outdoor installation LT power receptacles for 63 & 60 MVA T/F as per drawing 220 KV S/S Sikandra/LT/P/R/B/18 and Techanical specification.Receptacles shall be suitable for outdoor installation enclosed in all respect.

Supply of Fixing of Outdoor 3 Phase 3 cubical box of size 1800x600x500mm duly painted with synthetic enamel paint 4 No aluminium insulated bus bar for AC distributinal and outgoing supply SFU switches of different capacity 200 Amp. 1 No. 200 Amp 2 No and 200 Amp 2 No. Havells standard make Cubical box of 16 SWG sheet in double shutter with indoor locking arrangments complete with wiring of proper size and phase indicator (with timer switch)

Laying of power cable of following size 0.5mtr below ground level including excavation of pit and laying of cable and putting Ist class bricks on its 75mm edge along with cable on both side. Filling the same with ganga sand and then putting bricks on 115 mm crossing side over cable and then filling with earth including cost of brick sand etc and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily .

Termination/ jointing of 2 cables of size 3.5CX400mm2 by using suitable size of straight through cable joint kit. All men, material and T&P shall be arranged by contractor to complete the job satisfactorily

Termination of following size of power cable of providing proper size of alluminium Dowel/Jonsion make lugs its crinping and connecting with equipement including cost of lugs and all other associated work to complete satisfactorily

Supply and fixing of outdoor 3 phase Ac cubical box of size 600x450x4500mm duly painted with one coat of red oxie primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint .4 No almunium insulated bus bar for AC distributional and 1 no. of 250AMP TPN SFU with SS of haevells /L&T make((standard make).It should have 4 no. of bakalite fuse with fusebase of 250 Amp and hole should be provided for 4 no. cables of 50/95 sqmm with cable glands(fire proof) of dowell make then termination on both side cables .Cubical box made of 16 SWG MS sheet in double shutter with indoor locking arrangements complete with wiring of proper size and phase indicator and earthing terminal
