Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) Type B-2, (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in footpath, hardstanding, finishing cement concrete surface by making impessions of expanded metal whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for broken stone or boulder hardcore of gauge n exe 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exe 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 75 mm plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base floors, plinth protection finished the surfaces of concrete even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for providing screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6), 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes/tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Materials & labour for Prepolished coloured cement concrete chequered tiles with glazed finished of size 300x300x25mm and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the shade of the tiles as in paving/foot path etc as required complete as per manufacturer’s instructions and as directed.

Materials and labour for plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and stair case railing and similar work including attached pilaster, buttresses etc; vertical or to batter, flat faced with rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for Extra for forming fair finishing to surfaces drain/channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement incl forms, moulds etc complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for pre-cast cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, as reinforcement for concrete cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spi-rally hooping for columns, hook-ing ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (an-nealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 8 to 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, as reinforcement for concrete cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.
