Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.All kinds of soil 0.00 LVL. TO 1.50 MTR. (Including all taxes, T&P and labour cess but excluding GST)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. (Including all taxes, T&P and labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified gradeexcluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinthlevel :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (Including all taxes, T&P and labour cess but excluding GST)

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 kms. from the site of work and including watering, dressing etc rate to include cost of all materials labour T & P etc required for proper completion of work. Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the the external perimeter of binding expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduits etc, complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S.6313(PartII 1981)Alderine emulsifiable concentrate or any other approved material such as Heptrachlor or chordancewill be used The rate of application of chemical emulsion shallbe as follows : (1)Treatment for masonary & foundation 5 liters per/100 sqm.(2) Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5 liters/100sqm (3) Treatment of top surface of plinth filling 5 liters/100 sqm (4)Treatment junction of wall and the floor 7.5 liters /100 sqm (5)Treatment of soil along external perimeter of building 7.5liters/100sqm. Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately) All works upto plinth level (Including all taxes, T&P and labour cess but excluding GST)

Boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of specified diameter and length below pile cap in M-25 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto to the bottom of pile cap) :450 mm dia piles (Including all taxes, T&P and labour cess but excluding GST)

Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchor piles method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer in-charge.Note: 1. Initial and Routine Load Test shall not be carried out by Dynamic method of testing. Note: 2. Testing agency shall submitt the design of loading platform for the approval of Engineer-in-charge. Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchor piles method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer in-charge.Note: 1.
