Annual Maintenance Contract of Electrical and Mechanical Installation of 33KV sub station and Non Operational Area at Gaya Airport Gaya Bihar For Year 2022 2024.

Providing Annual maintenance services of Electrical and Mechanical Installations for Residential and Power House area i.e Sub-Station,Power House,DG room, Street Lights, AAI Colony,CISF Barrack, Pump Room,Car Park Area etc. covering the scope of operation, operation of DG sets ,prevntive and breakdown maintenance, taking rectification action,ensuring serviceability ,satisfactory working condition of the system, preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/documents etc. by engaging manpower round the clock basis on all days including sundays & holidays ( As per details of Manpower ) & as per detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract.

Filteration of transformer oil including dehydration & removal of carbon particles in order to improve the Breakdown voltage strength of the oil including BDV testing before & after filteration and submission of test report for existing 33KV Power Transformer,HT AVR etc. complete as required.

Dismantling,Lifting and lowering of any submersible pump motor set i/c column pipe,cable, jointing of submersible cable and making connection,testing commissioning including arranging of tripod stand, chain pulley block etc.complete as required.

Rewinding of burnt motor of submersible pump motor set size more than 7.5 HP to 15HP with suitable size of Copper winding wires including sealing of pump motor with sealant material, replacment of motor bearings, testing i/c transportation etc. complete as required. (Burnt Copper winding Wire need not to return )

Rewinding of burnt motor of submersible pump motor set/Monomblock Motor set capacity from more than 3 HP to 7.5 HP with suitable size of Copper winding wires including sealing of pump motor with sealant material, replacement of motor bearing, testing i/c transportation etc. as required. (Burnt Copper Wire need not to return )

Rewinding of burnt motor of submersible pump motor set/Monomblock Motor set capacity upto 3 HP with suitable size of Copper winding wires including sealing of pump motor with sealant material, replacement of motor bearing, testing i/c transportation etc. as required. (Burnt copper Wire need not to return )

Rewinding of the following with Copper winding wires of required size including less for dismantled copper wire i/c transportation etc. as required (Dismantle copper wire need not to return).

Ceiling fans (Upto 1400mm Sweep)

Wall fans (Upto 400 mm Sweep)

Exhaust fans (Upto 300 mm Sweep)

Replacement of bearings(2nos.)/bushes for above fans

Illumination / Decoration of terminal building & associated areas for display for Independence Day /any other occasion with LED lights ( approx 70 Nos of flood lights of rating 50 W to 120 W, 02 Nos of Moving Head Led Color Wash Lights, 100 Set serial LED mala lights each containing around 100 Nos of lights) on rent basis including installation, testing , dismantling, transportation etc. complete as required as per terms and conditions and as per the direction of EIC.

Decoration of Gaint Indian Nation Flag Area by installation of minimum 50 Nos LED serial Light of 100 Mtrs Length for minimum five days on different occasssion as per the direction of Engineer Incharge on the Occasion of Indepandance day , Republic Day , New Year and chritmas in a year.

Supplying of transformer oil (ISI mark conforming to IS 335-1993) suitable for 1000/1500 KVA Power Transformer working on 33/0.433 KV supply.

Servicing of ACBs of various make through authorised service agents of OEM / specialized agency having capacity of 630A to 1600A i/c drawing out of breaker , cleaning of all contact parts, applying gel, termination of all control wires etc. repositioning the same, testing and commissioning the breaker, submission of reports etc complete as required.

Servicing of Siemens - Make, 33 KV VCBs through authorised service agents of OEMs/specialized agency i/c drawing out of breaker , cleaning of all contact parts, applying gel, termination of all control wires etc. Repositioning the same, testing and commissioning the breaker, submission of reports etc complete as required. (Spares will be supplied by AAI)

Calibration and testing of IDMT relays through secondary injection machine which is having valid calibration certificate and submission of test reports as required.

Calibration and testing of measuring instruments i.e Insulation tester, Clip on Meter, Earth Tester etc and submission of test reports as required.

Calibration and testing of Buchlotz Relay for 33/.433 KV Indoor Oil Cooled Transformers and submission of test reports as required.

Prunning / Cutting of Tree branches with mechanical tree branch pruner (pruner to be arranged by the contractor) by deploying suitable manpower in event of tree branches becoming obstacle in 33 KV overhead feeder line of airport

Overhauling of HT VCB Panels i/c (i) Cleaning of panels with air blower/ vacuum cleaner,Checking of exhaust fans and tube lights,Sealing of doors and openings for incoming/ outgoing cables. (ii)Servicing & Alignment of mechanical parts like connecting shaft Assembly, closing & tripping assembly etc. Replacing of Damage/Defective Parts and Adjusting of defective lockliver, charging and tripping levers etc. Lubrication of Moving Parts. (iii) Proper Mechanically & Electrically Testing of VCB i/c Spring Charging Operation, Closing & Tripping Operation, Insulation Resistance Value Testing Closing Timing & Tripping Timing Testing Contact Resistance Meter Testing With Test Report. (iv)Busbar Chamber & C.T Chamber cleaning work, including onsite repair and Proper testing by checking cracks and leakages along with cleaning of bus bar insulators, bus bar spout, C.T spout and C.T & P.T (v) Servicing and proper testing work of 33 KV protection relay viz. Overcurrent and Earthfault protection Set.

Overhauling of HT Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) & OLTC for 1500 KVA (33 KV /0.433 KV) Power Transformer & making the same fully serviceable in Auto as well as manual mode operation .

Execution of DSR items as and when required or as directed by Engineer Incharge Percentage above or below on the rate of DSR'2018 (CPWD) worth totaling to Rs.300,000.00 as per requirement. (Note: The contractor has to quote/upload the percentage above/below(+/-%) on the quantity mentioned against this item directly in the form of multiplying factor in the rate coloumn as clarified below. For Example: If desires to quote 5% above on DRS-2018 rate, the rate column shall be filled as 1.05. If desires to quote 3% below on DSR-2018 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 0.97.
