RMO specialized Electrical and Mechanical services of Delhi High Court, Delhi. (Sub Head Operation, Routine Maintenance of Various Substation DG set, STP, UPS and PA system installed at Main Court Building at Delhi High Court New Delhi.)

a) Sub-station Running maintenance & operation and general upkeep including minor repair works, as and when required and recording reading in log book for 11 KV/440 Volts electrical substation comprising of following equipments complete with LT/distribution Panel & allied accessories/switch gears for maintaining electrical power supply to various location by deploying Wireman and Khallasi on round the clock duty on all days of the month including Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions attached & as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required for Delhi High Court Building complex, New Delhi. (Annexure 'A' attached). i) 11KV/440V Electrical Sub-station comprising of 1000 KVA capacity 3 nos dry type transformer, 5 nos VCB panel, HT Panel (2 nos incoming, 2 nos outgoing, 1 no bus coupler) & LT panels near gate no.9 ii) 11KV/440V Electrical Sub-station comprising of 750 KVA capacity 2 nos dry type transformer, 5 nos VCB panel, HT Panel (2 nos incoming, 2 nos. outgoing, 1 no bus coupler) & LT panels in 'C'-Block Basement.

b) D.G. Sets Running maintenance & operation and general upkeep & cleaning of D.G. sets comprising of engine, alternator with auto start panel /A.M.F. Panel & allied accessories for maintaining essential power supply, as and when required, on account of failure of main electrical power supply/load shedding including periodical checking of DG set for their proper functioning alongwith minor repair works, as and when required and recording reading in log book by deploying D.G. Set Operators and khallasi in various shifts on all working days of the month including Sunday & Holidays as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required for DG Set installed at following location in Delhi High Court Building complex, New Delhi. (Annexure 'B' attached). a) 1 No. 500 KVA capacity DG Set installed near gate no.1 for A&B Block. b) 1 No. 500 KVA capacity DG Set installed at Extension Block. c) 1 No. 750 KVA capacity DG Set & 1 No. 1010 KVA capacity DG set installed at 'C'-Block. d) 2 Nos. 380 KVA capacity DG Set installed at Administrative Block. e) 1 No. 125 KVA capacity DG Set installed at Medical Block.

c) Service centre and UPS Providing service to operate complaint monitoring cell making proper record of complaint in prescribed formate and report to engineer encharge on daily basis between 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM on all working days of the months excluding Sundays & Holidays. (Annexure "C" attached).

Providing services for hassleless and smooth operation of various capacity(1KVA to 180 KVA) ON Line/off line UPS's installed in Delhi High Court for server room in A and C block, on different locations for Layer switches of LAN system and IP based CCTV system, Extension block UPS, CCTV control room UPS, MTNL exchange in A block, New court Block UPS, and any other location in High Court as desired by Engineer-in-charge and rectify the problem on prompt basis by deploying one no Operator cum wireman, having adequate knowledge about all type of UPS irrespective of make and model, and one no. helper to assist the Engineer in breakdown situation in general shift (9:00AM to 5:00 PM) in all working days excluding sundays and holidays etc. and wireman cum operator having adequate knowledge of UPS at C block UPS room on round the clock on all working days including sundays and holidays all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Annexure "D" attached).

d) Video conferencing system & PA system Providing services for routine Maintenance & Operation of Video conferencing system consisting of allied equipments installed at Delhi High Court, New Delhi by deploying 2 Nos video conferencing system operator in on all working days of the month excluding Sunday & Holiday for smooth operation and routine checking to ensure proper functioning of above system & providing immediate assistance during breakdown situation including periodical servicing & repairing, as & when required & testing of the system prior to the conference. The Video conferencing system operator should be adequately trained & experienced for providing above mentioned services, as per Terms & Conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc. as required at following locations:- (Annexure "E" attached). a) Video conferencing system in round table meeting room at Extension block. b) Video conferencing system in mediation centre at administrative block.

Providing services for routine Maintenance & Operation of PA system consisting of allied equipments installed at Delhi High Court, New Delhi by deploying 2 No PA system operator in general shift/single shift on all working days of the month excluding Sunday & Holiday for smooth operation and routine checking to ensure proper functioning of above system & providing immediate assistance during breakdown situation including periodical servicing & repairing, as & when required & testing of the system prior to the conference. The PA system operator should be adequately trained & experienced for providing above mentioned services, as per Terms & Conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc. as required at following location:- (Annexure 'F' attached). a) Larger conference room in extension block b) Hon’ble Judges Lounge in A-block

e) Sewage treatment Plant Running maintenance & operation and general upkeep & cleaning of 50 KLD capacity Sewage treatment plant consisting of Sewage transfer pump, equalization blower, aeration tank, MBR tank, Electrical panel board and associated accessories and switchgears etc, related electrical wiring work including minor repair works, and maintaining log book for above installation & periodical checking of installation, as and when required and carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of above installation and keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying Operator cum Mechanic and Khallasi in different shifts on all working days of the month including Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required for C-Block, Delhi High Court Building complex, New Delhi. (Annexure G attached).

f) DESTRESS ROOM Providing services of skilled person for day to day operation of steam/ sohna bath situated at Hon'ble Judges De-Stress room, 3rd Floor, Medical Block for proper functioning of the system including troubleshooting as and when required. The operator must be trained from the steam/ sohna manufacturer. The agreny should deploy operator in two shifts i.e. 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM & 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM on all days of the months including sunday and holiday etc as required. (As per Annexure 'H' attached)

Providing services of skilled operator/Electrician for day to day operation/ supervision of air conditioning system and all the Electrical Installations installed at Hon'ble Judges, De-Stress room, 3rd Floor, Medical Block by maintaining proper record of temperature, voltage and current in two shifts i.e. 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM & 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM on all days of the months including sunday and holiday etc as required. (As per Annexure 'H' attached)
