Drain out of transformer oil in empty oil drums/Oil tanker from defective 63 MVA transformer to get required level in by the help of centrifuging machine at 132 kV Sub-Station Surajpur (Centrifuging machine shall be arranged by the contractor).

Dismantling of 120 kV L.A., 145 kV C.T., 145 kV P.T. and 145 kV P.I. by cutting of earthing strips, opening of jumpers and structures (ALP) etc. alongwith associated substation structure required for shifting of defective 63 MVA, 132/33 KV Transformer, All other T&P shall be arranged by the contractor at him own cost.

Complete dismantling of the accesseroies of defective 63 MVA, 132/33 KV Transformer at 132 KV Sub-Station Surajpur after opening of jumpers, removal of earthing and opening of cables & connection, removal of all radiators, conservator tank, oil pipe lines, bushings, etc. to complete the jobs satisfactorily including Blanking, nuts and bolts shall be provided by the department, All other T&P shall be arranged by the contractor at him own cost.

Shifting of main tank of defective 63MVA, 132/33 kV Transformer from plinth to safe place, approximate 100 mtrs distance including turning of tank, if required including all T&P and all other works reqired to complete the job satisfactory.

Shifting/Dragging of new 63MVA 132/33 kV Transformer from existing place to near loading place at 132 kV Sub-Station Chinhat Lucknow distance up to 20 Mtr.

Loading of new 63 MVA, 132/33 kV Transformer main tank along with accessories, like oil filled drums, conservator tank, cooling fan etc. making the wooden sleeper plate-form jacking the T/F tank up to trailer height placing the rall under T/F tank and proper tightening the main tank with trailer bad with the help of steel rope and turn buckle at 220kV Substation Chinhat Lucknow.

Carriage of new 63MVA 132/33 KV Transformer tank from 220KV Sub-Station chinhat to 132 KV Sub-Station Surajpur along with all accessories by Pvt. Truck & Trailer. (Distance upto 500 Km)

Unloading of main tank of new 63MVA 132/33 KV Transformer loaded on Trailer jacking the tank for packing the rall under the T/F tank and shifting it to swwden platform, Removing the rail under the T/F tank on wooden sleeper, lowering the tank towards ground by slowly and removing the wooden sleeper under the tank and unloading of various Transformer accessories of above new 63MVA 132/33 KV T/F like oil filled drums, bushing conservator tank, cooling fan etc. from Truck/Trailer site at 132 KV S/S. Surajpur.

Shifting/Dragging of new 63MVA 132/33 kV Transformer from unloading place to plinth approx. 100 mtrs distance including turning of Transformer.

Complete erection of new 63MVA 132/33 KV Transformer by erection of radiator, conservator tank, bushing with its turrets (if available) connecting of all oil pipe line, erection of cooling fans, making control cables connection, Buchholz relay etc. for completing the work, topping of T/F oil and final oil filling in tank, radiator, conservator tank and all other associates work for completion of work.

Re Erection of 120 kV L.A., 145 kV C.T., 145 kV P.T. and145 kV P.I. by connecting of earthing strip joining of jumpers andre erection of structures (ALP,BCT) etc. alongwith associated substation structure required after shifting of newly replaced 63 MVA, 132/33 KV Transformer.

Centrifuging of complete T/F oil in T/F by connecting centrifuging pipes circulating the T/F oil through Pvt. Centrifuging machine and taking the BDV value of the oil periodically till the required value is achleved. Approx 19KL

Earthing of main tank at 2 points of new 63MVA T/F by using 50x6/ 75x10 mm size Flat & it's jointing with already laid earthmat.

Making of Delta (earthing) for HV & LV Neutral and to connect it with already laid earthmat and also from neutral bushing of new 63MVA Transformer.(Job includes delta for both HV/LV)

Jumpering of new 63 MVA T/F from HV with single Panther and LV Side with Twin Zebra complete upto 33KV Main Bus.
