Note : Complaints given by engineer -in- charge to the contractor (for 1 to 37 items) should be addressed by the contractor with 15 days of receipt of complaint on email/whatsapp/letter else a penalty of Rs 100 per day per complaint will be deducted from the RAR/ The decision of GE shall be final and binding.

Note : The contractor will provide sample board of material within 15 days of commencement of work else. A penalty of RS 5000 shall be deducted from the RAR. The decision of GE will be final and binding.
