Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherewise specifically provided including removal of old treatment of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including removal of old treatment of any description and applying one coat of neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in level course on roof surface 25 mm thick etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacture's instructions as in roof and chajjas, finished the surface fair and even with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply of water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in base of water tank on roof surface complete all as specified and directed.

Applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @ 0.40 ltr/sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm and provide modified polymeric five layered APP (Atactic Polypropylene) Modified Polymeric Membrane with 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film. Minimum weight of memebrane will be 3.5 kg/sqm and bonded completely to the surfaces with min end overlap of 15 cms and side lap 75 mm (overlaps to be bounded with thermo fused by flame) and over APP applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.5 kg/sqm including two coats of bituminious alluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate ) in cills, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, bed plates, bond stones, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete.

Taking down cement plaster and raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar any description complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Note : The treatment work shall be carried through authorised agency only, and certificate for the same for waranty shall have to be furnished before submitting payment.

Providing and injecting Antitermite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ 1 litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The treatment work shall be carried through authorised agency only, and certificate for the same for waranty shall have to be furnished before submitting payment.

Providing and injecting Antitermite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The treatment work shall be carried through authorised agency only, and certificate for the same for warranty shall have to be furnished before submitting payment.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
