RADIATOR GASKET REPLACEMENT:
Providing Nu-Cock Sheet, cutting in shape of gaskit (“ NU-CORK '' make Grade RC-70 C, Joint less) afterwards removing of all old gaskits and fixing along with silicon sealant and quick dry adhesive, carbon cleaning of each radiator hole as per site requirments of 2x5.3MVA Power Transformers at Samoli.
TOP PLATE GASKET REPLACEMENT:
Deep cleaning of core by lifting of core with specilised jack mechanism via scrubbing & dehydrated hot oil to remove any sludge particles or metal remanents via drain outlet to improve IR, PPM and BDV values of oil and transformer as per site requirments of 2x5.3MVA Power Transformers at Samoli.
INSPECTION PLATE, BUCHHLOZ & OSR RELAY, VALVE GASKET:
Replacement of all gaskits of inspection plates, buchhloz & OSR relays and all oil valves alongwith adhesive treatment.
CORE AND TANK CLEANING:
Deep cleaning of core by lifting of core with specilised jack mechanism via scrubbing & dehydrated hot oil to remove any sludge particles or metal remanents via drain outlet to improve IR, PPM and BDV values of oil and transformer as per site requirments of 2x5.3MVA Power Transformers at Samoli.
DEHYDRATION AND FILTRATION:
Dehydration and filteration of oil (10600Ltrs. of transformer & 400Ltrs. additional used for cleaning) via specilised machinary which includes micron, magnetic and bag filtration, removing of moisture via raising the temprature to 65 degrees and minimum 7 degrees for improving BDV (till >75kV) and PPM oil ratings as per site requirments of 2x5.3MVA Power Transformers at Samoli.
DEEP FLUSHING:
Lifting of core via dual jack set up of 8 Jack system and manual cleaning of core and tank via scrubbing and and carbon cleaning adhesive to restore the tank and core to brand new condition as per site requirments of 2x5.3MVA Power Transformers at Samoli.
PAINTING:
Paint work on transformer, with chemical washing, cleaning all parts & Paint with sprey paint & used heat proof paint include labour Charges etc. to restore the transformer to brand new condition as per site requirments of 2x5.3MVA Power Transformers at Samoli.
