M&L for 7-8mm thick Gypsum false ceiling of size (595 x 595mm) boards fixed /GI/Aluminium frame work with screws and fixed in ceiling flat or sloping including taking down the old one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris out side MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof and roof kerbs, surface finished even and smooth to lay the APP membraine etc., with mixing of waterproofing chemical 5% of weight of cement of approved make complete all as directed.

Supply only bonding agent polymer Dr. Fixit pidicrete URP or equivalent in M/s STP, Fosroc as approved.

M&L for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashing and junctions of parapets, etc, and surface painting, with layer of blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @1.70kg/sqm, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cum per sqm, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc, shall be added to the roof area) and apply APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified .

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel/polycarbonate sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nanital or similar pattern in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, arpons etc.

M&L 20mm thick Granite (of any tpe) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platforms and like in CM(1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15 mm thick Screed in CM (1:4)

S&F for 10mm thick polycarbonate sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with tapping screws screws and washer in roof, wall etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6)

Ditto all as per item No 13.00 above but in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar etc including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete as directed

M&L for 6mm thick plywood, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to timber/Metal frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 9mm thick plywood, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to timber/Metal frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification.

S&F 5mm thick white colour (or directed by Engr-in-charge) Pvc sheet in strips and channel feathered at the edges for fixing on solid PVC wall lining, Partition or fixed in aluminium doors inluding neccesary solvent or accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs sheet glass 4-5mm thick not exc 0.50 sqm in each pane ordinary quality and glazing and fixed in aluminium or wooden frame work complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and backing coat of any thickness and rubbish off the premises. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

S & F vitrified ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished,area of each tiles exc .18 sqm but not exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6).
