SPL REPAIR TO LEAKAGE/ SEEPAGE, EXTERNAL PLASTER, DRAIN PIPES AND CONNECTED ITEMS TO CERTAIN OTM ACCN UNDER GE GWALIOR

Taking down of old roof treatment of any description including mud phushka, all kind of cement concrete tiles & concret padding & backing, cement plaster from roof surfaces (of any thickness) etc including cleaning, brushing and watering to joints and grooves complete all as specified and directed. Note: Demolished material through out of MoD Land rate included above item.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding/ levelling finish even and smooth etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for applying Smartcare Damp proof, a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with reinforcing acrylic fibers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on horizontal/vertical surfaces of roof/wall/chajjas in multiple coats @2.0 litre/sqm. Primary coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp proof: water) and other coats to be applied undiluted. (ii) The undiluted 2nd & 3rd coatings needs to be reinforced with 40 GSM geotextile to be sandwiched between them. (iii) After that final 4th coating shall be applied. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (a) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (b) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (c) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. (d) The contractor shall furnish a written guarantee for the effectiveness of the water proofing treatment for a period of Eight years in favour of GE.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for new plastered surfaces applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces including a layer of 1.5mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:6, finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for new plasterd surface applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over and including a layer of 1mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar (1:3) on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of ceiling & applying 3 coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound comple all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces of roof projection cornices & chajja etc finished fair and even without using extra cement including WPC in CM 1:4 incl taking down existing cement plaster and including necessary arrangements to work on roof projection, cornice & chajja etc, complete all specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non - skid ceramic tile coloured 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, fix over and including 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces brick work or concrete surface in cement plaster 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair wash hand basin vitreous china (flat back) of size 550 x 400 mm excluding taps, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including brackets cutting for and pinning in ends complete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts on both ends of length 450 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair swivel shower of brass chromium plated of size 125mm for fixing with 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F repair tabular towel rail, 20 mm dia, D type, 60 cm long between flanges, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs grating 100/125 mm dia of PTMT, fixed to Nahani trap complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for as in renewal viterous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) or wall mounted white excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe including connection to drain and to flushing pipe syphonage pipe etc and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinges device & on CP Jet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC flushing cistern 10 Ltrs capacity including all fitting flush pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in Brass CP mixer for basin mixing hot and cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks (capacity exc 250 & n exc 500 ltrs), setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc measured separately) and writing Date of Cleaning including old or new fitting tanks complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc. from tanks (capacity of tank exc 250 ltrs but n.exc 500 ltrs) and from mouths of circulating pipes etc using approved drinking water tank cleaning powder complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of water tanks exc 250 ltr and n.exc 500 ltr capacity and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene multilayer water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) 500 litres capacity, triple layer in construction white in colour hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of water tanks exc 500ltr and n.exc 1000 ltr capacity and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene multilayer water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) of 1000 litres capacity, two layer (ISI marked) in construction white in colour hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20mm ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in 20mm dia pipe. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms, 20mm-210gms, 25mm-455gms, 40mm-690gms) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair CPVC Tank adoptor 25mm fixed to tank with pipe/union/nipple etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 20mm dia of bore CPVC pipe SDR-11 and plain CPVC SDR-11 fittings (ISI) marked, concealed or fixed to wall or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 25mm dia of bore CPVC pipe SDR-11 and plain CPVC SDR-11 fittings (ISI) marked, concealed or fixed to wall or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm dia steel tubing /PPR pipe connections etc, including cleaning for Refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 15mm dia of bore CPVC pipe SDR-11 and plain CPVC SDR-11 fittings (ISI) marked, concealed or fixed to wall or laid in floors complete all as specified and dorected.

S&F of Glass Corner ,size n exc 250mm with CP bracket comple all as specified and directed.

S&F in Sheet glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.5mm thick sheet glass shelf 12cm wide with chromium plated bracket guard and railing 60cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wood or wood based surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old Painted surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in wall mixer with Three in one pattern in of brass CP, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size 75mm to 110mm of any pattern) of any description and in any position including all fittings, heads, shoes, bend, swan necks etc (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed. Note : All around mouth area of pipes in roof to be applied with bitumen felt to make leak proof water seal rain water discharge, bitumen felt shall be measured and paid seperately and rain water pipe should be fitted while concrete in green and no drilling or breaking of concrete in roof not allowed to avoid puncturing of roof treatement and make leak proof.

S&F for 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed. Note : All around mouth area of pipes in roof to be applied with bitumen felt to make leak proof water seal rain water discharge, bitumen felt shall be measured and paid seperately and rain water pipe should be fitted while concrete in green and no drilling or breaking of concrete in roof not allowed to avoid puncturing of roof treatement and make leak proof.
