Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre width and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep, in soft/disintegrated rock for foundation, laying of pipes, wells, cesspits, manhole, pier holes & getting out complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition and breaking up of drain pipes (salt glazed ware or AC or reinforced cement concrete/ PVC SWR pipe) set in cement mortar of 150 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition and breaking up of drain pipes (salt glazed ware or AC or reinforced cement concrete/ PVC SWR pipe) set in cement mortar of 200 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and Laying for SN8 HDPE (DWC) pipes of 150mm bore internal dia, laid and jointed floor complete with elastomeric ring and coupler, and including testing all as specified and directed. Note- 1. Sewage line shall be laid down after cleaning of mud/sludge/muck/human excreta in foul conditions (through mechanical means), getting out and removing sludge to a dis exec 250m and n. exec 500m where directed in and including borrow pits and covering the borrow pits with 10cms layer of soil complete. 2. The blocking and unblocking of existing manholes for laying of pipes shall be included in this item and shall not be paid separately.

M & L for concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipes 150mm including forming cradles

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) concrete in ground floors and paving n-exc 15cm thickness( below or above ground floors.)

M&L Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in- Charge

M&L Cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in copings around manhole covers and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating including provision of necessary formwork, with and including demolition of existing concrete, complete all as specified.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified, for upto 300mm bore of pipe. Note: For blocked Manholes, de-silting and de-chocking of the manholes through mechanical means shall be included in this item and not paid separately.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc, but excluding ashlar facings complete all as specified and directed

M&L brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan n exc 6m mean radius built in old size brick in CM 1:6 complete all as aspecified and directed.

Supply only ISI Marked integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing manholes as specified by filling with water

Supply only of Factory made Pre-cast RCC (not less than M-35 concrete) manholes covers of size 900mm X 450mm X 75 mm thick, complete all as specified.

Supply only of Factory made Pre-cast RCC (not less than M-35 concrete) manholes covers of size 1000mm X 450mm X 75 mm thick, complete all as specified.

Supply only of Factory made Pre-cast RCC (not less than M-35 concrete) manholes covers of size 1200mm X 450mm X 75 mm thick, complete all as specified.

Cleaning and clearing of underground sewage line (including manholes by taking off manhole covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning) of any description, underground any depth by removing any type of blockage including de-silting and de-chocking by providing rodding and flushing after cleaning including clearing of manholes and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, from the following size/bore of sewage lines :- Note : The waste removal/ cleaning of sewage lines shall be cleaned through mechanically operated jetting system only.

Exceeding 150 mm bore but not exceeding 300 mm bore pipe

Dewatering of septic tank and manholes any size and cleaning by taking out solid content/sludge from septic tank and manholes of any depth using mechanical means i.e mechanical sucker with pump set to remove mud/sludge/muck/human excreta in foul conditions and confined places, getting out and removing the sludge to a distance exc 250m and n.exc 500m and deposited where directed in and including borrow pits and covering the borrow pits with 10cms thick layer of soil complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. The waste shall be removed through mechanically operated sewage sucker only. 2. The sewage sucker shall be made availiable by contractor at AGE B/R Bombolim Camp area during office hours whenever called for. Recovery @ Rs. 2000/day shall be effected for delay in removing mud/sludge etc.

Material and labour for cleaning of blockage manually by rodding, pumping, etc and removing the deposited sludge/solid/liquid material, outside MD land, complete all as directed from the following: -

(a) Water Closet (Indian or European) , trap & CI pipe line upto first manhole.

(b) Floor/Nahni trap of Kitchen/Bathroom upto gully trap (excluding gully trap).

(c) Gully trap upto first manhole.
