Supplying, erection and commissioning of the following specification as per IS:2713 : 410 SP hot dip Galvanized Steel tubular pole manufacturing out from electrically welded in 3 (three section having a base plate including providing all required building materials as directed and specified by the deptt. (BANSAL/SRP / Valmont / PARUTHI ENGR make):410 SP 47 Length of pole = 10.00 metre., Length of sections, Bottom = 5.20 M, Middle = 2.40 M, Top = 2.40 M, Out side dia. & Thickness Bottom = 193.70 x 5.40 mm, Middle =165.10 x 4.50 mm, Top =138.70 x 4.50 mm

Supplying and string up AAAC Rabbit conductor in the existing P.S.C./ M.S/ Galvanized pole with binding etc. as required and as directed by the department.

Supplying and fitting fixing of galvanised L.T. T cross arm complete with clamps ,blots, nuts etc. as required and as directed by the department.

Supplying and erection of L.T. Pin insulators with G.I. pin complete with blots and nuts coach screw etc. as required and as directed by the department.

Supplying and erection of L.T. Shackle insulators with shackle strap complete with blots and nuts coach screw etc. as required and as directed by the department.

Supplying and fitting fixing pole clamp complete as required and as directed by the department.

Supplying and fitting fixing of P.G. clamp for Rabbit conductor complete as required and as directed by the department.

Supplying including installation of 4' dia. C.I. earth pipe complete as required and as directed by the department.

Supplying and fitting fixing of H.T. danger plate complete as required and as directed by the department.

Supplying & laying of 8 SWG G.I. earth from Earth Electrode (below G.L.) to electrical switch gears or electrical machineries including making necessary connection as approved, specified and directed by the deptt.

Supplying and fixing 50 mm dia ISI marked hot dip galvanised pipe (AKG or equivalent as approved by the Deptt.) on surface including painting etc. as required:

Supplying and installation and commissioning of vermin and dust proof totally enclosed double door cubical type compartmental floor mounting panel board of size 1.20 m ×1.00 m ×0.50 m made of 16 SWG1.66mm) thick CR sheet and 35 mm × 35 mm × 6 mm size angle and 35 mm ×6 mm flat iron having 4 nos legs at the bottom and G.I. Sheet reefing on the top complete painting with 2 coats of red oxide metal primer and 2 coats of enameled paint. The panel board is to be erected in 1:3:6 RCC pole foundation including excavation of trench and brick soling etc. complete neatly internal wiring done as specified and directed by the department comprising of the following electrical items. 1. 40 Amp 4 pole 415 Volt 50 Hz MCCB as incomer - 1 no 2. 32 Amp 2 pole open execution with HBC fuse SDFU unit as outgoing - 3 nos. 3. 25 mm × 5 mm size 4 strip copper Bus-Bar- 1 set 4. 40 Amp 4 pole ON-OFF poser contactor - 1 No. 5. Fitting, fixing & commissioning of 45 watt LED street light with overhead pole mounting bracket including supply & fitting of 2.5 sqmm twin core PVC insulated & sheathed aluminium wire complete as required & as directed by the department

Supply of LED street light with pressure die-cast housing with individual LEDs having modular secondary optics and IP 66 protection (Model no. BRLEP 45W LED V2 of Bajaj Electricals Ltd. or equivalent as approved by the department)
